We stayed here for one night in April. The decor is rather tired and the hotel is overpriced for what we got which was a room with the most basic options for making a hot drink and not even the opportunity for cooking a piece of toast. The thing that concerned us the most however, was the thinness of the...

We stayed for one night in a standard room. While the room was clean and comfortable, it's presentation was dated. The view over the bay was pleasing and the balcony was a bonus. Staff were approachable and helpful. Dinner at the resort was very good but overpriced. The resort is located close to town and the local attractions including the...

We booked into Tidal waters last night after a long drive advertised as a resort - the place is huge -clean room, long corridors, sitting rooms, big gardens , it looked promising. The reality was a sterile, cold and noisy environment. The walls in the rooms were paper thin, we could hear guests in the rooms next door talking and...

Build by the same people as Cradle Mountain Hotel, but thats where the similarities end. We were woken by the beautiful sound of birdsong from our balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The staff, very attentive. I can not comment on the breakfast, as we chose to eat out. Dinner was lovely. The wait staff, very freindly and pleasant.

Our overnight stay was just enough!! It was very cold in both lounge area and restaurant! Our room was decent and clean. However, the next-door guest was snoring the whole night which didn't help with our rest! The lounge area was very spacious but was poorly decorated and didn't have enough furniture. And don't be misled! The free internet is...

The woman at the desk was less than polite and not welcoming. The price charged was not reflected in the quality of the room or the facilities The room was clean but dated and lacked any warmth. Definitely not four star and the word resort should not be applied to this hotel.big disappointment in an otherwise great holiday.

We found this to be a very tidy and well laid out hotel. We went out for dinner but had breakfast in the hotel and there was plenty of choice at a reasonable value. $180 per night. Disabled bathroom had good facilities, including fold down shower seat. I am a T4/5 para.

Some previous reviewers noted things that were helpful to my trip and others that weren't worth a mention. The 'FAN' in the bathroom is noisy but it only comes on when you turn the light on so it shouldn't keep you awake The 'GARDEN VIEW ROOM' we had upstairs (room 45) actually had a garden view and it was rather...

At check in the place seemed deserted. The bedroom was okay but as I later found out the noise from one room to another in the night is terrible. Dinner was a waste of time, after being shown to a table I waited for a drink and service but nothing - it was as though I was invisible. I asked...
