Value for money, this place is expensive for a solo traveler. Its remoteness makes it difficult to look for food and for the purpose as a hop- off pointto the Thre Cspes Track, one has to get a taxi to the starting point. The person-in- charge at the hotel seem to be at pain, both physically and attitudinally and she...

We stayed at the Port Arthur Villas the night before we started the 3 capes track and also the night we returned. The villa was lovely, very clean and in a convenient location. It was well stocked with a choice of teas, coffees, Tasmanian wines and beers. There is also a great BBQ area set in the beautiful gardens. The...

My husband and I stayed here for one night. It was a great spot for those needing a place to sleep while visiting Port Arthur. The room was simple, quiet, and clean. It was all we could ask for in a motel. The grounds of the motel were very lovely and provided a nice place to drink a bottle of...

Stayed here for a night in April when visiting the Port Arthur Historic Site. It's under new management, and the owners go out of the way to be helpful and friendly - not that I visited the previous owners. The Villas have access to the historic site through a gate, so you can enjoy yourself at the ghost tour and...

Stayed here two nights with friends. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and gorgeous bath towels. Right across the street from the historical site and the staff is very helpful in arranging dinners and tours.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The guy at reception was very friendly & helpful without being over the top. Our villa was clean, quiet, comfy & warm! Surrounds were beautiful & we loved our private key to get into the historic site, especially after the ghost tour! Only a very short walk away from the site, this is great...

Clean and tidy room with all we needed for a one night stay. Unfortunately, there was a smell of cooked food in our room which tended to detract from the overall enjoyment. The mini bar was well equipped and the prices were reasonable. Having a single bed in the room as well as a double enabled us to lay the...

“It has the amenities for cooking and is well equipped. Information sheets were tatty and in disarray. An oversll sense as if the place is in a transition state for someone to take over. ”
