We stayed in a studio apartment which was perfectly appointed with everything one might need. The owner provides breakfast items and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is comfy, and there are nice seating and dining areas. There is a back deck and distant, but pretty view of the water. The location is very close to Coles Bay and Freycinet National Park.

We stayed at 4 different accommodations while in Tasmania and Eagle Peaks was by far the most memorable one. We stayed 3 nights in the Ocean View Studio. We were greeted personally and able to talk and message with any queries throughout our stay. Emily was extremely thoughtful and friendly with her local knowledge. The sunset from the backyard was phenomenal. We especially loved the breakfast selection on offer which was topped up daily. The amenities included in the room were clearly well thought out and we could not fault anything. We also loved the location which was a very short drive to the shops and Freycinet National Parks. Highly recommend!

2 night stay to see the sites of Freycinet and the accommodation was very lovely for us - with a good variety of options provided for a continental breakfast. Our host was lovely and welcoming and provided some good local insights. Local township has modest but ok for supplies with the local cafe providing good meal options.

Thought carefully if I should review this property, as genuinely wanted to keep this gem to ourselves. I will not elaborate on what has been written on other reviews, but all I can say, is the photos don't really do these studio apartments justice. Nothing was un-thought of in these wonderfully presented apartments. Host Emily was extremely helpful in her assistance with things to do in the area, along with restaurants close by. Can certainly recommend Lure Wine Bar just a few minutes away. It was extremely obvious Emily has a great passion for her property, as we found it faultless.

Emily was an exceptional host sharing her local knowledge. Stayed in a Studio room that felt cosy and modern. Good selection of jams for the breakfast provided. The bed was comfortable. The room had a good view of the ocean. The kitchenette was well stocked. Would gladly stay there again.

My sister and I stayed here whilst hiking around Freycinet and it was so clean and well laid out it gave us so much space plus the special little treats left by the host and a great breakfast left for us to help ourselves to made it amazing. The views were nice although limited, but there is a short walk to a close by beach for some sunset photos and a short drive into coles bay and Freycinet NP for all those special photos. Really great option, modern, clean and very comfortable. We'll be back!

The studio was clean and nicely furnished with nice view across the garden to the ocean. Emily is really helpful and had lots of good tips for us. Location was great too, close to everything and there is a nice beach a five min walk away.

This place is was a great hide away just off the main tourist route. Only a couple of minutes to the attraction of the National Park but set in a beautiful peaceful lot. Of course the attractions at Coles Bay are the main reason for being there but what a magnificent and relaxing way to enjoy them. I jokingly called this place the 'Saffire overflow accommodation' it was that good. The hosts were there to greet us and gave us a run through of the facilities. We occupied the original residence which had been very tastefully renovated to accommodate 2 couples perfectly. This place is one to relax in but is best treated as a hub from which your adventures commence from. A truly beautiful place to stay and enjoy. Great value and terrific hosts with loads of hospitality experience. Highly recommended and will return again soon.

Lovely, modern and well appointed studio providing everything you need. Beautiful view and quiet location yet close enough to Coles Bay and Freychinet peninsula. Continental breakfast was generous and the host was extremely helpful and friendly.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Eagle Peaks. The studio was perfect for two people and very clean and modern. Emily provided breakfast each morning consisting of cereal yogurt, bread for toast with marmalade/jam/Vegemite. Tea, coffee and milk was also provided. There is a small deck outside which is perfect to sit and enjoy the view over Great Oyster Bay (unfortunately it was raining when we were there!). Sandpiper Beach is within walking distance - a beautiful quiet sandy beach which is known for attracting nesting birds. It is within easy access to many attractions around the Park. As one reviewer pointed out WiFi was sporadic but usually could get a signal outside.
