This was my second visit to Milan. I booked a confirmed hotel but they offered me another place rather than their place. I booked another that is bad and breakfast with Anna & Carlo. It was really fortunate to get get B&B. Nice place, very co-operative. Once I forget my direction. I called Carlo and he was there within 5 minutes!!! AMAZING!!!! nothing better than B&B..... Also they suggest me la Pista! Very amazing place to have dinner..just visit them and you will find another home ....

We arrived late in the evening after a delayed trip on the Spirit of Tasmania. Rosemary and David sat up waiting to welcome us. We sat in the guest lounge with the lights out just watching all the wallabies and possums playing at night. Breakfast was delightful and cooked to perfection. Both David and Rosemary were so friendly and very informative with many suggestions to the guests for activities. . The bed was very comfortable and the room was a little gem. If given the chance I will definitely stay at this place again.

Just had a pleasant stay at Castagni b&b. Very comfortable rooms and a real cosy feel about the whole place and people. Got to watch wallabies feeding and enjoyed the quiet and serenity of the place. In the morning I enjoyed yoga on the 2nd floor which had a beautiful view over the water. Breakfast was delicious with yummy home made stewed fruits.

We had a very pleasant stay with Rosemary and David. I have included their business card as the mobile number is the best contact due to landline issues around NBN works. Don't follow the maps link on trip advisor as you will go to 15 Arthur st Devonport which is incorrect. 30 Arthur st Shearwater Port Sorell

I was lucky enough to spend 5 days at the cottage within this property. We had everything we needed. 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge room and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable and plenty of all things we needed. The hosts supplied Everything one would need for breakfast. Bread, milk, OJ, jam etc. Very quiet area. Beds are very comfortable and lots of extra blankets and pillows. I would highly recommend for you to stay at this property

Stayed here for 3 nights recently and Rosemary and David were so friendly and helpful - they made our stay special. Loved the setting of the house and garden and the luxury bedding. Breakfast was always generous and varied. We wish we could return regularly. Thank you so much to both of you. Elizabeth and Peter Booker UK

Hosts very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Large BnB with plenty of private spaces. Tea and coffee facilities in a number of areas. Wildlife to the back door. Close to Hawley Beach which is a must see. Close to club resort for bistro meal. Rooms very spacious and clean. A big breakfast available if you can eat it. We were offered stewed fruit and yoghurt, a variety of cereals, eggs, toast, juice, tea and coffee.

This little bed & breakfast was beautiful . It was quiet and clean. The owners are an amazing couple. We had beautiful views from the dining room and the grounds were immaculate . We have told all our friends about the place . It was a motorcycle trip for us around Tasmania and we enjoyed every minute if it.

We spent 5 nights at Castagni with hosts Rosemary and David and so glad we did. We had a very comfortable bedroom in the main house with a tv and a large bathroom attached and towels were changed daily without asking. At breakfast we met people from other places and enjoyed the home stewed fruit and cooked eggs (continental also available) before taking off and touring for the day and returning home tired around 5.30pm whereupon a log fire was offered in the guest loungeroom and a 3 course dinner was on the table by 6pm for a very reasonable price. The dinners were generous and delicious. We slept well. The hosts were very friendly and amenable but not intrusive. It was a great base for us to explore the surrounding areas such as Stanley and Cradle Mountain and it was wonderful to come "home" after a great but tiring day to a homecooked meal and a comfortable bed. Thank you to our true and faithful servants, Rosemary and David. Would recommend a stay of more than one night to truly appreciate this home away from home.
