I stayed in cabin 7, a standard cabin, for a week. I've stayed in many cabins, and this is one of the best I've stayed in. It was more like a tiny house than a cabin. A proper kitchen with full sized stove and oven, a full size fridge, cutlery and crockery, even saucepans. There is a split system for the cool nights. They even provide items for washing dishes. The bed was comfortable and warm. The shower was a little small for a big fellow, but that's not a major issue. The only gripe was the laundry is coins only, I would have liked to use my watch or phone to pay for a wash, but again it's not a big deal. One of the best aspects of the park is location. It's basically right on Bass Strait with a lovely park for walking, and walking along the shore, which I did in on a number of days, when weather allowed. You can watch Spirit of Tasmania come and go if you wish. I'll be happy to stay here again when next visiting Tassie.

The place was beautiful, very welcoming. Nice and quite with the sound of the ocean in the background. Only thing is they ask previous occupants to clean up cookware and cutlery, out away themselves. I don’t think staff check these as we had several dirty mugs with coffee still in them and dirty cutlery along with dirty cookware, plates and bowls. The room did smell of something to but as we had no where else to stay due to visiting Devonport last minute our only option was to stay. But other then that all round a nice place.

Lovely, well-maintained park with lots to offer with good camp kitchen, playground for the kids, suited on the quieter side of Devonport and only a short drive for shopping etc. We stayed in a ensuite site with ocean views. Our ensuite had a verandah and we sat up there out of the wind watching the ocean across the beautiful parkland. Staff were very accommodating with our arrival time, just getting off the Spirit. Out the front is the East Devonport Foreshore which is part of the Heritage Walk, just lovely. We could also see the Spirit leave from our site.

Old,run down, in need of severe update Dump points are disgusting and very much out of date Camp kitchen is clean but barbecues and tables leave a lot to be desired. It shows the general malaise of the park and its facilities. Photo attached, a simple clean up would improve the situation somewhat. Reception staff very good. Would stay elsewhere if ever coming back to Devenport, simply owners need to put back capital into the park. Taps dripping everywhere.

Excellent location right near the spirit. When booking excellent response. Great friendly office girls. I actually ended up signing up for gday rewards it was explained to me by one of the ladies the 10% discount which i saved off this trip and membership price was discounted. As is cardless I had to download the app and they went above and beyond by showing me where i needed to go on my phone and helped me register and sign in and where to find my rewards card number. One small thing i did notice a younger gentleman in a cart he was near the kids area going really fast through there.

Lovely park kids loved the jumping pillow. Room was spotless was cleaned by Lou. Younger lady on front desk was so friendly and done everything she could to ensure a great experience. We had a couple bookings and she made sure we didn’t need to move cabins which made it so much easier. I did however smell from the other lady at the desk Elisa smelled a bit like alcohol. A little concerning due to being a family park.

Exceptional park. Clean, tidy, well organised with terrific management. Cabins,caravan parking on electric sites plus camping g. Great camp kitchen, pizza oven also. Walking path along the water into town. Nicely kept, lawns manicured and gardens bright and beautiful.

Excellent Park. Stayed in a powered site for 6 nights. Large site on gravel next to a nice grassy area so no issues with wet ground. Brand new facilities with clean, hot, showers. Beautiful walking and bike tracks 50 metres away. Only 1k from IGA, takeaway/bakery and the Spirit of Tassie. Friendly and helpful office. Highly recommended!

Not what I’d call ideal, if you’re looking forward to a comfortable stay, other sites are to close and it’s cramped. You’d be better off going somewhere else there’s 2 other Parks to stay in with some trees and shade. Or basic park like attractions
