Very obliging owners/managers. While booking in we were offered an en-suite powered site for the same price as a powered site. Also offered late check-out on the day of ferry trip back to the mainland. Spacious park with plenty of site room.

I had a business (mineral fair, annual lapidary club event) in Devonport and wanted budget accommodation. For $12 per night I received a tent site with private ensuite bathroom, which was more than I expected for the money. It was a quiet and peaceful park and just what I was looking for.

We booked & paid a deposit for a 2 bedroomed cabin at his park several weeks in advance. We particularly asked for a 2 bedroom cabin as we were staying for a week and have a teenage son & teenage daughter. When we arrived we found that our booking had been changed to a much smaller one bedroom cabin without consulting us at all, even though we had paid a deposit! They simply told us that some regular seasonal workers had wanted the 2 bedroom cabin & they swapped it over to them without first checking whether we were happy to do this. Only after I expressed my unhappiness did they offer some refund us part of the cost. We will not stay at this park again after being treated like this.

Pauline and Cindy were fantastic answering my questions. As we were coming in early on the Spirit of Tasmania they said we were fine to come in early and left us keys. The caravan park was pretty basic but it was clean and quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay ladies.
