We booked two nights at Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village in the 'Studio Cottage' due to the reviews and comments I read prior to booking our accommodation. We loved the location, the serenity and peace of the Wilderness Village along with the abundance of wildlife you see right at your balcony. The Wilderness Village was also conveniently located near surrounding restaurants,...

Spent 2 nights here and loved it. Nice size cabins with a little kitchen so we could cook our meals. Foxtel with movie channels. Nice balcony overlooking the forrest. Felt nice and relaxed. There was a heater in the cabin so made it nice and cosy. Close to the visitor centre where you can take a shuttle up to Dove...

Stayed here for three fantastic nights in a two bedroom cabin after we were upgraded from a studio cabin. Heaps of room and facilities. Beds are really comfy and welcomed after walking all day. TV has access to all the usual channels but also Foxtel which was great for watching a movie in the evening, although no guides so it...

We booked the 2-bedroom spa chalet which was clean and cosy. Amenities were great. It had a small kitchen which was more than sufficient for us to cook meals. Chalet had good layout - space for dining and a living room with bedrooms at each end of the chalet. One room had a double bed while the other had 2...

Four of us stayed in the two bedroom cabin. Cabins were private and blended into the trees. Local wildlife including kurrawongs and paddymelons visited daily. Great base for walking in the park. Beds were very comfortable and all the basics are provided including tea, coffee and milk. No wifi in the cabin which was fine. Dined in the restaurant on...

We really enjoyed our two night stay. The cottages were very cosy and beds were great. There was plenty of space and there were animals right outside. The restaurant was closed on both our days though. Wifi only in Reception building.

Our cabin was perfect for two people. We had everything we needed. Very cozy. Evenings were colder but there was a heater and warm blankets. The restaurant served wonderful food. The style is to"share" several dishes of smaller very tasty dishes. We ate there both nights. The tracks to hike have spectacular views.

Good points the cottage was nice, quite and relaxing beds are comfortable. Friendly staff Bad points overpriced, guest laundry if your cabin is not close you have to drive to it, no shop. Neutral no wifi good to spend time with family no distractions, restaurant, park facility bit of a hassle but the quite atmosphere is nice.

A convenient location for visiting the park and the rooms are set within the woodland so you feel remote and isolated. No views except for trees. The room was a spacious all in one design with an interesting spa bath feature in the centre of the room, dividing the bed from the living. The kitchen was more basic and there...

We were expecting a lot more from this based on the price & its reviews but were fairly disappointed. There was a weird and unpleasant smell upon entering our cabin, no wifi available (you need to go to the reception lounge for that) & heaps of mozzies inside our cabin. I woke up having my legs & arms bitten by...
