We stayed for one night in a cabin with a fireplace. The weather had settled in quite wet by the time we arrived so the fireplace was a very nice feature for the afternoon. The room was very well presented but it is obvious that the resort is starting to age a little. During the afternoon we received a plate...

We loved our stay at Peppers Cradle Mountain. I only wish we had arrived earlier to enjoy the spa bath! The room was just lovely with our wood fire and the little wallabies that came to our balcony were too adorable. The food was excellent & they went all out to give us a meal when we arrived late. The...

Cradle Mountain had fantastic breakfasts ours was included in the price, they have a lovely restaurant or a Bistro we ate at both and both were very nice food. There are plenty of place/lounges to do your own thing. Our chalet was lovely a bit of a stroll to breakfast but that was lovely to see the wildlife as you...

We spent two glorious nights at a Cradle Mountain Lodge! Cozy cabin with no tv facing a pond with wildlife in abundance. Intriguing trails right on the property. Keep your eyes out for wombats and wallabies. Great escape!

Peppers hotel and restaurant was great, but the breakfast and coffee was horrible. We had a great time there. Beautiful scenery and a great getaway. The dinner at the main restaurant was fantastic. The tavern lunch with lamb shank wasn't too bad either. Only let down was the coffee and breakfast. Need to lift the game here.

Probably my 8th stay here at the lodge and I just love this part of the world. Whilst the lodge and the rooms are starting to date and could certainly do with a makeover, the access to the National Park is really what you are here for. Still, our room (a spa suite) was clean and comfortable and the canapes...

The C138 from Mole Creek to Gowrie Park is inaccessible as the road has been closed due to the recent flooding.
