I had room 10 with water views, updated decor and renovated bathroom. It was very clean, bed was comfy and no issue with noise. Reception staff were quite lovely. Didn't eat at onsite restaurant. Would certainly stay here again, and I think I'd pay for the better room too as it was much better than some of the other reviews...

We had 2 rooms, until 12am it was very noisy and hard to get some sleep. We stayed in the newer updated rooms, they where nice but not worth the prices they charge. Positives where that the room had a lovely clean feel, lots of heating options and blankets.

Location is great, but I had a really uncomfortable stay. Travelled for work and stayed two nights in the standard suite. Room was old, stuffy, dated, damp and dusty. Cleaning left much to be desired. Basically looks nothing like the photos on the website. Room did not feel safe and was very noisy. The front door of my ground floor...

Waterfront location in Burnie with great views. Spacious room if a little dated but with all needed amenities. Great breakfast. On site parking a real plus. Friendly and obliging staff. Overall a more than reasonable place to stay.

This is a great place to stay. From the moment you are greeted at reception to the time you leave, you are treated with respect and friendliness. The Restaurant is first class. The food is good, the people are great, and the breakfast lady is a real asset to the place. She makes you feel that you should stay another...

A comfortable stay in the heart of Burnie. Free parking and everything is within walking distance. Room was very clean - bathroom looked to have had a refurb and so was new and modern. I had asked for a down stairs room, because I am on crutches and so got an upgrade to an ocean view room, which was very...

We stayed here just the one night back in April , and was very pleased to be given a free 'upgrade' to a sea view room. The view is beautiful, such a nice touch to a night away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, just a standard size normal room ,nothing bad but nothing special. The only little thing that...

Clean, roomy with great pillows, parking and water pressure. This is a wysiwyg motel, a little noisy mid evening but quiet after 11ish. Good restaurant and convenient location, although no views so the name is a bit of a misnomer. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I stopped over for one night on a road trip around Tasmania. This place is a very nice motel. The Room was ample, clean and in good condition. Pleasant friendly staff at reception. Free WiFi internet access. I'm not sure I'd use this as a base if I was in Burnie for several days of holiday, although it has a...

We booked for 2 nights, on arrival we were upgraded to an ocean view on the lower floor with updated bathroom, we very much appreciated this & we found our room, bed, bathroom quite roomy & modern.
