The property is extremely clean and tidy. What a great location. Across the road from the beach and a short stroll to everything Burnie has to offer. The rooms are a bit dated (look on their website pictures) but they are clean and comfortable with everything you would need available. There is everything available to make your own meals in the kitchen and the property is great value fir money. I will be staying here again for sure when I visit again soon. Jo and Rob were great. Offering a great level of customer service. Room 4 has an awesome view and is near several eating places and sights. Great job guys. See you soon

What a dump!! This place is dirty, outdated, wornout. Food still in the fridge from previous guest, oven dirty, carpet threadbare, holes in the sheets, rubbish still in one of the bins, brown grime on the plastic wine goblets, wash up dish drainer filthy, arm fell off the lounge chair when I went to move it. I took the tablecloth off to shake the crumbs off & found the backside of cloth was dirty so do they just turn it over for the next guest! I spilt some water on the kitchen floor & when I wiped it with absorbent paper the paper was almost black with grime from the floor.I asked for a room with a view, windows were so dirty I couldn’t see out. View was over the top off the 24hour service station. Noisy. Palings off the fence. No play equipment as shown on the website we viewed. We asked for clean towels & when they still hadn’t arrived 6 hours later I decided I would wash them myself in the guest laundry, I have never seen anything so messy & dirty as their laundry I turned around & walked out. I would have asked for a refund & went elsewhere but the fellow in the office didn’t know how to use the eftpos machine, we paid top dollar. The worst place I have ever stayed in 40 years of travelling!
