I've never had such poor service, we arrived well before 6pm and ordered almost immediately as we have two young kids. Well that's when the waiting began. We watched everyone else in the not very busy restaurant get served and when everyone else at our table had finished eating, the waitress asked again what our orders were, they hadn't even...

What a great new menu. The only venue I could find with amazing burgers. The decor could be updated but in reality its the food you go there for. Must have a new chef because everything feels different.

Room was ordinary - but we only needed a bed and shower for the night. Bit disappointed as we were given a dirty room to start with. Lug all you baggage in and then look around and room hasn't been done up. Not to worry we changed rooms quickly Nice quiet spot and beautiful surrounding - lovely for a walk...

There are a lot of reviews from earlier this year regarding long waits for food. We were skeptical to eat there due to the reviews but glad we did. We visited on a Saturday night and the wait for food was no longer than anywhere else, about 20 minutes after ordering for 5 people. The steak sandwich was unbelievable made...

Had an enjoyable meal here while staying in the caravan park. Service was good and the staff friendly, meals were well priced and wood fire pizzas were also available, and seemed popular with families.

We walked to the top end of town after checking out the cafe's and we found the restaurant at Bridport Bay Inn. Delicious - seafood chowder, cauliflower soup with almonds and seafood basket. We really enjoyed our lunch here. My advise forget the cafe's and eat here.

Having stopped for the night, on a Saturday, after a long drive, we were happy to have any room. Got a family size, which was ok. Plenty of room for two, had everything we needed. Some of the comments are a bit harsh. The place is not Bicheno. Our room was a bit dated, the shower probably needs replaced but...

The boys played golf & the girls wine trailed.. Clean & comfortable rooms & new beds. We had room 1, renovated bathroom with the most amazing shower head & fluffy towels! Fully equiped with crockery/utensils and glasses. Only fault I could find were the pillows but I understand they are being replaced. Now the piece de resistance was..the new chef!...

We waited two hours for our meals. The oysters were absolutely appalling, over cooked and not fresh. If this wasn't literally the only place open for a meal, we would've left before our mains even came out because they took so bloody long. At the end of the evening when we communicated with management about our experience, they were very...

Pretty simple . If you are advertising yourself as a bar/ restaurant you should probably let people know before they order that there will be an awful long wait to get any kind of food , being a Tasmanian it's just very frustrating to see a business in a great spot not using it to its potential ....
