We had a such a lovely stay here! The gardens were beautiful, the cottage was clean with great amenities, and it was close to all the West Tamar Valley wineries. We were given a delicious breakfast hamper everyday, and freshly baked treats on arrival, you could tell it was all prepared with love and care!

The room was cleaned while we were out during the day, including the washing up, which was such a nice touch and meant we didn’t have to worry about it. I couldn’t recommend this place enough - thank you Barb and Colin!

We arrived at Beauty Point Cottages B&B after a long day travelling. We were welcomed by Barbara & Colin who made you feel at home. The cottages were clean tidy & private set in wonderful gardens & view of the water at the end of there section. After settling in Colin arrived with home made baking & asked us if we had any washing to do & said leave in baskets and he would pick up next morning. Spent next day travelling northern Tasmania. Upon arriving home found washing all done and folded, Fresh eggs were given to us from their hen house. After 4 nights it was time to leave this magical place and wonderful people, it was the best B&B we have ever stayed in, highly recommend.

A very relaxing couple of days at Beauty Point Cottages.
Our cottage was extremely clean, bright and cheerful with relaxing views of the river.
Barbara and Colin provided us with some tasty welcome treats and beautiful trays of a variety of foods for breakfast with even enough to carry us through to another meal during the day. We would thoroughly recommend this place. They even accomodate our little dog

This place is wonderful ! Hosts Colin and Barb were so helpful in recommendations and nothing was a problem . The cottage was so well set up - chocolates and shortbread were readily waiting . Breakfast provisions were fantastic and replenished every day . The cottages were very luxurious and every possible item that you might need was supplied. We would definitely recommend this place.

We chose Beauty Point Cottages after reading the excellent reviews and were not disappointed. Barbara and Colin were amazing hosts who couldn't do enough for us as well as information of the area and special eating places. The special extras - home made biscuits and bread daily, magnificent breakfast platter (which varied daily), comfortable bed and cozy little cottage. What more would you want? We had 3 nights in the Bay Cottage at this amazing B & B and would definitely stay there again. We would thoroughly recommend to anyone needing accommodation in the Beauty Point area. We would rate our stay 11/10

Thank you Barbara and Colin for spoiling us.

We where in the area to see the seahorse world and the Beaconsfield museum, and we stumbled across this little piece of heaven in beauty point, and we are glad we did as the hosts Barbara and Colin greeted us on arrival and it was like returning home, though we have never been there before, We stayed in the Bay Cottage, the big and very comfortable bed was so inviting after sightseeing all day, in the afternoon we relaxed on the balcony overlooking the garden and river. You are provided with breakfast that you can cook in your room or at the pergolla in the garden on a bbq, We loved the place so much we stayed another night we will be back thanks Barbara and Colin. 10/10 Cheers

The friendly host gave us a warm welcome before showing us the charming ( and stylish too) cottage with a fantastic view over the beautiful garden and Tamar River. Stylish bathroom. Balcony with river view where we could enjoy the nice breakfast prepared by our friendly host. Just perfect for a couple. Wish we could hav stayed longer.

Our hosts Colin and Barbara were very friendly and helpful. Laundry and even a car wash were done free of charge. The Chalet was high spec, with all you could want and with a view towards the Tamar ( and a walk through the landscaped property garden to the waterside). Comprehensive breakfast provisions were provided. The location is excellent with dockside Platypus and Seahorse centres at the harbour, Beaconsfield (with the mining museum) and then Low Head and other attractions on the East side of the Tamar only a short drive.

This is our third visit to this idyllic treasure. The high standard and care afforded by Barb and Colin have remained incomparable at each visit. The cottages are spotless, beautifully appointed and super comfortable. Views from the two self contained cottages are breathtakingly calming.
We have never been disappointed and will continue to return. Thank you Barb and Colin for making our stay with you so very special.
Highly recommended!

What a find , the location is great exploring this area of Tasmania. Owners Colin & Barbara are welcoming and focussed on helping you enjoy your time here. They are so knowledgeable of this region, with great recommendations. The view across the inlet is perfect.Cottages are so well equipped , the daily top up of breakfast goodies is generous.
Cookies and a “bear hug” on departure !! were are a perfect ending to our stay.
