This wasn't the worst hotel I have stayed at. Indeed it wasn't even upsetting. But I was disappointed - oh so disappointed. -- If it was not the excessively long queue at check in, or the slightly dirty old linnen for the bed sheets, or the really dirty windows without fly screens making them impossible to open for fear of...

We stayed here for two nights in an Executive Suite with a separate bedroom and a lounge, with a sofa bed and fold out bed for our kids. We were here on a holiday visiting the Blue Mountains and Three Sisters which are located nearby. The hotel has beautiful grounds, a great gym and pool (see photos). Our accommodation in...

Dear Neil F, Thank you for you review. I am glad you enjoyed our hotel. I am sorry your stay was inconvenienced by your check in experience. I have been briefed by our Guest Experience Manager that after this experience we did make sure that your children did get a complimentary breakfast after all, I am glad they enjoyed it....

Our upgraded room was very small with no comfy chairs or ambience. The bathroom light was accompanied by an exhaust fan that sounded like a rubbish truck emptying a load. No hot water on one morning was just unfortunate but added to our overall experience.Tiny windows are a design fault. These upsets were in stark contrast to the great food...

Special call out to Carly who was on the wait staff. She looked after us the whole night. Extremely friendly and was good to talk too. As a silver accor member i...

Our stay was good, although we were staying with friends also, they booked a suite and we booked a Deluxe Spa room - we paid more, so I couldn't understand the logic in that...... All our food experiences was good - 2x Breakfast and 2x Dinners, but I have to say that the breakfast service wasn't great - they seemed...

Whilst some elements of this hotel are like a motor inn (small rooms with noisy bathrooms and small pool but a very large car park) other elements really shine such as "the Harvest Restaurant" and overall service. Of course there is the spa treatments at extra cost but for those not interested, the hotel experience could be improved with possibly...
