We booked Valley of the Waters B&B for our wedding during the Queen's Birthday weekend in Sydney. All the 5-star reviews are true - this B&B is just absolutely stunning. The Cliff View Room we booked was so spacious that almost all my guests can fit in the room as we prepared for the ceremony. The bed, complete with the electric blanket, ensured good night's sleep every single night (we forgot to turn on the heater and survived our first night all thanks to the blanket). And the spa bath!! We just had to use it every night! Some guests were using the spa bath beyond 10 pm but it wasn't a nuisance. If it weren't too cold we would have sat at the patio and look at the stars at night, or camp out to wait for the sunrise. The views are to die for!

Hats off to Martin for making us feel so welcome, accommodating our small mob of guests post ceremony, and for cooking and bringing us our breakfast every day. The breakfast is so divine and can fuel you for the rest of the day.

PS My husband and I also loved that the beagles visited every morning!

This is a beautiful place to stay . The view alone makes it hard to want to leave the beautifully appointed room . The spa bath ... complete with tea light candles was lovely. Little extra touches such as real milk and a block of chocolate made our overnight stay perfect . Breakfast was also spot on. Conservation Hut and bush walks are a minute’s walk away. Hosts were lovely too . Totally recommend this place for couples .

The 5 star reviews are appropriate. We were extremely lucky with the beautiful weather while staying as the views from the Loft room were spectacular. The unit was spotlessly clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was enormous so provided fuel for the scenic walks in the region. Thank you for making our short stay so enjoyable.

Stayed with my wife for a 50th celebration weekend getaway. The place was amazing, the views were spectacular even if the weather wasn't great, when the fog lifted the mountains fill your view from the rooms. Stunning location.
Marty was fantastic, even left a special bottle of wine to enjoy and breakfast was grand. Thanks for making it special and look forward to coming back again!

We had a lovely stay at this B&B. It was cold and windy and rained during our stay but inside was warm and spacious. We had the loft suite and it was quiet and had everything we needed. There was even a heater to use in the bathroom. We didn't hear the other two couples staying in the downstairs suites. Breakfast was lovely and much cheaper than going into town. The view is just amazing and the local cockatoos came to say hello. We would love to stay again in the future.

Excellent B&B, great location, breakfast & owner. Very quiet area but it has one of the best pies shops ever in the Village - 5 minute walk from the empress falls which are just fantastic post a heavy shower. The view from the balcony on the blue mountains are a sight to behold

We stayed for two nights. The room was a good size with large bathroom, very cosy and clean. We appreciated the little touches like biscuits and chocolate. Very nice balcony with stunning view, We thoroughly enjoyed watching the birds. Parking available and within a short walk of some good walks to see more of the national park. We would highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting the Blue Mountains.

We booked a last minute stay for one night and were very lucky to get the “Loft Suite” for the night. The pictures don’t do it justice. From the amazing views to the immaculate room and all the little finishing touches it was a fantastic stay and we wished we had stayed for longer. It was a perfect location for exploring the area and we will definitely be back.

I know we were lucky with the weather, but what a magnificent view from the loft suit and the breakfast on the balcony just topped the whole experience. Our hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The loft suite was clean, comfortable and large enough for us and our luggage (3wk trip). Wonderfully quiet and had great nights sleep. Very easy access to the National Pass walk. Would love to stay again.

Hi, we know there is pub that sells food and other food shops but I would doubt if they are open that late. I think there may be one other restaurant. Valley of the waters B & B has everything you need to prepare a meal. You could get something a bit further out of town and take it to the house to heat up. You don't need to eat out when you are staying there. It has everything there you could possibly need.
