We had a lovely stay at this B&B. It was cold and windy and rained during our stay but inside was warm and spacious. We had the loft suite and it was quiet and had everything we needed. There was even a heater to use in the bathroom. We didn't hear the other two couples staying in the downstairs suites. Breakfast was lovely and much cheaper than going into town. The view is just amazing and the local cockatoos came to say hello. We would love to stay again in the future.

Thanks so much for your kind review. The weekend weather wasn't the best but glad you still had a good time. At least all the waterfalls in the area were quite spectacular! Hope to see you again.

This is a beautiful place to stay . The view alone makes it hard to want to leave the beautifully appointed room . The spa bath ... complete with tea light candles was lovely. Little extra touches such as real milk and a block of chocolate made our overnight stay perfect . Breakfast was also spot on. Conservation Hut and bush walks are a minute’s walk away. Hosts were lovely too . Totally recommend this place for couples .

We loved our 3-day stay at the Valley of the Waters B & B and were sad to leave. First of all, we were also so very glad that we listened to Marty and did not cancel our trip due to bush fires. All we had seen on CNN was Australia in red flames with high temperatures all over and our friends thought we were crazy to go there. But Marty’s Aussie-cool prevailed and we decided to go ahead. A suggestion to non-Australian tourists: trust the locals before get sucked into the paranoia promoted by the international media. We had the "loft" overlooking Jamison valley and the scenery from the glass door was stunning. Loft was a suite, so we had an extra room, which was great because we had two big suitcases. The room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and heating & A/C functioned well. We felt so at peace and slept like babies. We loved the Jacuzzi (Spar as they say it) and appreciated the romantic atmosphere the candles created. Breakfast (either hot or cold) was served in the room and it was sumptuous. We felt what they served for a couple was actually sufficient for a small family. We appreciated the punctual room-service. Recent rain storms had caused flooding and some hiking trails were closed. We covered all the terrain that was accessible and managed to hike at least 2 hours every day. It was always nice to return to the loft to enjoy cocktails and the sunset on the balcony. We observed many interesting birds from the balcony and were entertained by the ones that posed for photos on the balcony. We also learned that the majestic-looking kakadus could be quite destructive with wooden panels of the doors. After coming from the luxurious Ghan experience from Darwin to Adelaide and four great days in Tasmania, the stay at this beautiful B &B in the Valley of the Waters was a fabulous way to complete our trip to Australia. We highly recommend this B &B to anyone who looks for a beautiful place to stay not far from Sydney and/or like to hike. We will definitely pass the word to our friends in the US and Germany.

Room Tip: All rooms have a great view, but I think the loft suite is the best

Wow! Thanks so much for your incredible review! I remember you did email us a few times over the summer to check in about the fires etc, and it was so pleasing to have been able to inform you that the majestic Jamison Valley which the B&B overlooks was still as green as ever and untouched by fire. Yes it does surprise many of our recent guests that the area is still green, with many people believing the "touristy" areas in the Blue Mountains were hugely impacted. However that is not the case, and reviews such as yours can have immense benefits for not just our B&B, but the amazing Blue Mountains as a whole! Thanks again and so glad you enjoyed your stay!

This B&B is literally next door to the national park. You enter into a communal area which is shared with the other guests. We booked the Loft and the view from our balcony was fabulous and the loft apartment contained everything you could want/ need and was lovely and cosy and well and tastefully furnished. At the time we were there there were unusually high winds which meant it felt a little chilly out and about and unfortunately it was so windy we were unable to sit out on the balcony or even keep the balcony doors open but this was unseasonable weather. There was a handy little extra bedroom suitable for a baby/child but where we kept all of our luggage. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a spa bath and candles supplied if you felt so inclined. Our host supplied kettle/ tea/ coffee/ milk etc and a nice block of chocolate which was much appreciated. Breakfast is delivered to your door and there is a choice of full cooked or continental which included cereals, yoghurt, toast butter, jams. It was quite nice having it delivered (ordered the night before to your choice of time) and sit at our table with the Blue Mountains view.
