We were a group of 4 families who took all 4 cabins for the weekend. It was the perfect location to get out of Sydney for the weekend and Into nature. The cabins and location gave us everything we needed without having to leave. We were blown away with how clean and well equipped the cabins were and would have loved if the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the outside entertaining spaces. The children enjoyed exploring the fields and looking at the animals. Most of the kids had never been around a pit fire or had toasted marshmallows so they should have some lovely memories. Would highly recommend the cabins for groups and everyone in the group is keen to go back again.

What a wonderful place to get together with family and friends! Plenty of room for the kids to run around and porta-cot and high chairs were provided. Cosy log fire, the most comfortable beds and even spa baths. All towels and linen are provided.
The function area caters up to 100 people for weddings, engagement parties, reunions etc.
Stunning views over the Oberon valley and close to local attractions like Jenolan Caves and Mayfield gardens.
We highly recommend a stay at Bindo Creek!

Bindo Creek cabins were perfect for our group of friends, but would be equally good for family groups or couples. The position of the cabins is incredible - 360 degree views of the mountains all around. It feels very secluded and a real mountain retreat.
The cabins were well equipped, cosy and comfortable with ample heating and log burners. The jet/spa baths in some bathrooms were an added bonus.
Would highly recommend, really exceeded expectations.

Have been coming to Bindo Creek for a number of years with a a group of families. Great accomodation for a group get together. It's peaceful, scenic ... I love the mornings, sitting on the verandah with a coffee in hand and enjoying the picturesqe views. The firepit is great for the kids to toast marshmallows in the evening. There are four cabins and the main cabin is well stocked and caters for big groups. We'll be back!

This was our third year at Bindo Creek Cabins but it's the sixth for our friends. We come back in April every year with five other families for a three day two night stay to visit the State Forest for saffron mushrooms. Without doubt the accommodation was awesome. This year we booked the adjoining house at Waters Edge. The house was equally amazing if not better. The children loved the paddle boat around the dam and it was a nice leisurely walk between both places. Looking forward to next year...

It was wonderful to escape into the cooler mountain temperatures, see the autumn leaves, smell the clean air & ponder life while gazing out over the rolling hills. There were plenty of kangaroos, wallabies, wombats & cows to see, and the Lucas Cave Tour at Jenolan Caves was interesting from both a geological & historical perspective. Around 2.5 hours out of Sydney is an escape from the everyday.

I rented out the cabins for the weekend with a few friends and we had a great stay. The cabins were clean, newly renovated and the operators of these cabins put a high degree of attention into making the cabins as nice to stay in as possible, everything from the soaps, linen and towels to the buckets of wood and camp fire pits to indoor and outdoor games. On top of this the cabin also located in a beautiful secluded spot on the top of a hill overlooking the mountains. I would highly recommend visiting bindo creek cabins!

We are a group of 9 friends that get together every year in summer, and booking out all four cabins has been a great solution for us. The main cabin has more than enough space for us to cook, eat together, and sit around & catch up, and the view from the verandah is unbeatable. Even on warm days we weren't too hot, with a great cross-breeze in the cabin, and there were plenty of blankets etc for the cooler nights. Bedrooms were comfy and bathrooms clean & well organised.

Four self contained cabins 10-15 kilometers from Oberon in a beautiful country setting. Booked out all of the apartments with a group of friends for an extended Australia Day long weekend break. All cabins are fully equipped, location is great for a city boy, with wonderful views and great star spotting opportunities in the evening. Recommended.

The reason this is a hard review is becasue I don't want to many people to know what an amazing lace this is.
But out of respect for the owners who need to make a profit from their business so they can keep up the high standards I will.
Firstly having the whole property to ourselves was to good to believe, it just made the weekend even more special.
We had one of the 2 bedroom Cottages. Perfectly kept and clean with fire ready to go. The place has everything you need except for..........salt and pepper. Which in the end became our catch-cry. "this place is perfect except for the........".
Games for kids and well fitted out kitchen except for....
In our first 20 minutes we watched a calf being born 50 metres from the front door, we had a wombat run in front of us and watched kangaroos hop by. Seriously all we needed was a platypus having dinner with a koala to beat all that.
We even had a fox around for the 2 days which is not good for all the baby calf's.
Stood in the rain for an hour attempting Yabbie fishing without luck but when your son is having the time of his life who cares.
This is a great family or romantic getaway.
We cant wait for the next trip but we just won't tell anyone how good it is.
