Great place perfect for our stopover. Friendly staff. Beautifully presented and super clean. Beds comfy! Towels and linen were fantastic. Shower was great and Bathroom modern. Great spot outside over looking golf course to sit and chill. Highly recommended would come again. Score it 20 out of 10. Plenty parking. Cannot fault a thing.

The Fairways Motel is great value and Andrew is a charming and accommodating host. The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you need. Access by door code was a bonus for late arrival. Close to Rylstone, Ganguddy and Glen Alice, it is a great base from which to explore the area's history and wildlife.

I was able to book this room cheaper by calling direct. Lovely clean room has recently been renovated. Great air-conditioning, compy bed and thick warm blankets. Motel provided coffee, tea & great wifi. Only negative was I was hoping for a little sleep in but my room was next to the laundry & was woken at 7am.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and well furnished. While it is an older establishment, the decor and furniture are new and with a modern touch. Shower and bathroom facilities are quite nice. Bed was comfortable. Close to Kandos and 7km from Rylstone

Country hospitality in very comfortable updated & spotlessly clean rooms. A credit to Kandos/Rylstone. Looking forward to going back in June. I’d have to say the nicest accommodation between Sydney & Armidale my regular travel route. Being Pet friendly is also a big draw card.

Could not have been happier to have stayed at this motel for work over the past week. Andrew and Colleen are lovely owners who made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were modern and clean with great amenities. The motel itself is cute and cosy and in a perfect location to the surrounding towns. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed at this lovely motel for 2 nights over the June long weekend. The room and bathroom has recently been refurbished and was very clean, modern and comfortable though a touch on the small side but adequate for what we needed. Only downside was sound travels through the walls but thankfully we had other quiet and considerate guests also staying at the same time. Teas, coffees and even hot chocolate are well stocked in the room. All rooms on ground level and parking right at your door. The owners Andrew and Colleen are very welcoming, friendly and laid back. They're only too happy to stop and have a good yarn and check how your day is going. They cook a lovely big breakfast delivered to the room hot. If something isn't quite right they'll sort it! I can’t begin to thank the hosts Colleen and Andrew for our wonderful stay here at the motel. Not only did they cook us a fantastic breakfast each morning, they dropped us off and picked us up when we wanted to explore the surrounds. The rooms are impeccable, comfy beds plenty of tea and coffee and extra pillows. The motel is also with in stones throw of the main town. Could not recommended this motel more highly. Thank you Andrew and Colleen for your wonderful hospitality!

This is a really lovely motel. The rooms are very nice and they are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hosts Colleen and Andrew are super nice and Andrew cooks a lovely breakfast delivered to your room. A great place to stay while visiting the beautiful Mudgee region. Highly recommended.
