We had an overnight here and enjoyed our stay. The operators were very friendly, and gave good advice on eating options in town. The room was spacious for our needs, as was the bathroom. Wifi good, as was hot water. Something you don't see in many Australian motels was a very well organised cupboard containing cutlery and a set of crockery, as well as toaster, microwave etc. Excellent! Would happily book here again.

the tourist centre nearby assisted in finding accomadation. what a bonus, anyone visiting the town suggest one does this, very lucky last room left. room also had small outdoor area. very friendly and helpful staff, what a bonus. would stay here again.

Stayed here overnight as was just passing through. We usually stay at another newer motel in Gunnedah but is getting too expensive. This had a nice big comfortable room, very clean, comfortable bed and a very reasonable cost. Saved us $40-50. Next door to Woolworths and a close walk to pubs and restaurants so a good location. Was also nice and quiet.
The lady at the reception was really nice and friendly, makes a difference. Gave us some good advice as to where to eat. Will stay here next time we are passing through, highly recommend. Could do with upgrading of the towels but not really an issue.

The positive reports on this motel are absolutely correct. It is an older style motel with large rooms, adequate furnishings and very friendly management. Located next to Woolworths and opposite the park it is very convenient. It is well away from highway noise. I will certainly stay here again.

We only stayed one night but were very happy with our choice. The hostess could not have been more helpful. The room, though not modern, was clean and well kept. The motel is on the western end of the main street. Woolworths is very handy. There are 3 pubs within walking distance.

Although the decor/rooms are a little tired this room was very clean and comfortable. The beds are new and the bathrooms are super clean. The sink was deep enough to fill the jug! Enough cutlery/crockery, etc. It was also quiet!

The man on reception was the most rudest person I have ever met who in a position as his was abhorrent. Hopefully he was not the owner . What person tells you to get f… when cancelling .the Lady was apologising for him all the time.the smell in reception was so smoke filled and smelt of alcohol. Found alternative accommodation thank goodness. I hope the owners are aware of their staff . Most disappointed.

Situated at the Narrabri end of town across from the park. The check in was quick and without fuss. Plenty of off street parking. The room was a generous size with a sliding door out to an area outside which would be handy if you were a smoker. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There was a table with a power point for laptop. There was internet and it was a good speed. Im not sure if I paid extra for it or not. There was a kettle, coffees and all the usual fare. The bathroom was big enough for two people to be in at once without getting in each others way with lots of soaps and shampoos and the like. Id recommend this place.

Located in just out of the very heart of Gunnedah main shopping area, but just next door to Woolworths supermarket. This is a very convenient motel to stay at.
There is a huge town park straight across the road to enjoy a family picnic or BBQ.
The motel itself has very clean upgraded rooms, comfortable beds and great showers, fridge, tea and coffee facilities and toaster.
The rooms are large with plenty of room to have a sit down meal for 2.
Reception staff are friendly and has a 24 Hr check in machine, if you arrive after reception closes.
Whilst there is plenty of car parking for each room, the car park is a little tight, as there is a fence that makes it a little difficult to reverse your car.
All in all, a very comfortable stay, great location with friendly staff.

This place is conveniently located very close to the centre of town. The lady at reception was very friendly and offered anything we needed such as nice cutlery or milk for tea and coffee. We were put in room 15, last room next to the pool, a 4 bed room. Would recommend for a one night stay passing through maybe not for a long time as the room was a bit tight.
