We just spent 3 nights in a cabin with everything you would need. We booked for 2 nights, but due to inclement weather at our next proposed camping location, we stayed an extra night. Bronwyn was extremely helpful. The cabin had full size fridge and stove, plenty of hot water with great pressure. While dated, extremely clean and less than $100 a night. Comfy bed and very warm. We would definitely stay again👍
We had an overnight stay at this well maintained park. The ammenties were spotless and the idea of using sanitiser before entering the ammenties block (in this era of covid) is to be commended. Other operators should take note. The camp kitchen was also spotless. Hihgly recommended
We stayed in a powered site for 1 night after 7 hours of driving. I walked into the office (quite an old, dated building) and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern the office was. The lady in the office was 'fabulous'. The Amenities, (again an old, dated building) was fully updated and modern (just beautiful) Even though the park is on the only road into Gulgong it was lovely and quiet The only thing is there is no tv coverage so take a book or download a movie, however wi-fi is excellent and we were able to download the ABC news We will make this our regular stopping spot on our way to Brisbane to see the kids from now on
Don’t be put off but the looks from the road. This place is an awesome place to stay. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and the ammenities recently upgraded and spotless. A quality upgrade too. We were self contained but the cabins look great and secluded. Handy to all the things to do in and around historic Gulgong. Highly recommend.
We stayed on a powered sites for 3 nights. The caravan park is clean and amenities are modern. There is a covered BBQ area and a new camp kitchen. About a 10 minute walk into town and the great museums.
