Having won the experience through his company, my partner and I had the most incredible early Valentine's getaway in the Virgo Bubbletent. As many people have left similar reviews it’s a haven of peace with stunning views of the valley below. The most luxurious and beautiful camping we've ever had. We had the entire place to ourselves, which was amazing. When we arrived, the room was cool and air conditioned, had flower petals on the bed, and had hot tea ready on the table. The room also smelt incredible. Additionally, my partner and I enjoyed the most amazing shower and wood fired bath you will ever have while gazing out over the valley. We are eager to return there!

What a truly special and unique glamping experience! There were so many new things for us (like the outdoor shower 🚿😅 ) but it was truly unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, and the stars and meteor shower that we saw just sealed the deal. I'm so glad we booked this romantic getaway. The location is very private despite being in the open, so it feels like it's just you, your significant other, and the best of Australia's natural beauty. The set up both inside and outside the tent was fantastic - the deck has a well-thought-out outdoor kitchen and seating, and the woodfire tub with its outstanding views was something else entirely! You get the camping experience of lighting your own fires while also the luxury of an outdoor tub and shower, and indoor bathroom and comfortable bed. They were even thoughtful enough to provide a second set of cooking materials and games for time spent indoors due to weather. The place is so picturesque and it's something I would recommend for everyone to experience at once in their lifetime. If you're looking for a unique getaway within nature, this is the place for you!

Waking up to the world in a life size snow globe after sleeping under the stars! Does life get any better? If you love the outdoors, a bit of luxury, crave incredible views and would call yourself a Happy Glamper, this place is for you.
The dramatic scenery of the Capertee Valley took our breath away. Our tent, Virgo, was magically positioned with views straight down the valley and faces easy to take in the amazing sunrise.
We loved the cool music echoing from the tent, the personalised welcome note, games drawer, fluffy bed socks electric blankets, and the bathroom felt like a hotel. The attention to detail is first class. We loved the position of the outdoor bath and kitchen areas - they all connected to the tent but with enough space to enjoy different areas of the campsite. It feels weird to say campsite because it was so much more.
We hiked using the map provided to explore the property. We saw a wombat, kangaroos and the birds sang a lot. We headed into Mudgee, but TBH, you don’t need to leave your site, because you won’t want to leave. Chill in the bath. Read a book, play some board games provided and just plonk yourself on the day bed and take on the view you’ll never tire of.
Make sure you pack all the food and drink you need.we had a 4WD, don’t think a smaller car would cope too well on the track our, especially in wet weather.
The bath may take a few hours to heat up, but the shower is hot, no waiting required.
This place is special. Probably the best get away we’ve had. It’s not cheap, but experiences like these are completely unique and hard to put a price on.

My husband booked the Cancer tent as a surprise for my 30th birthday. I was absolutely blown away! When we arrived, there were rose petals on the bed, a string of fairy lights along the deck and romantic music playing.
I found myself mesmerised by every aspect of the experience - when the sun cover came off in the evening; wow, just wow. The views of the Capertee Valley were phenomenal and the location whisper quiet apart from the odd bleat or moo of an animal. We had absolutely no problem with phone reception (Optus) but used our time to take a slight detox from social media - which I guess was somewhat hard as we wanted to show off the fabulous location we were in to our friends and family back home!
We were woken at 2am one morning by rain on the bubble roof. I’m usually afraid of thunderstorms but felt surprisingly safe in the tent, and the lightning show was spectacular! In between rain spells, we enjoyed relaxing on the day bed and the hanging bed, soaking in the wood fire bath tub and cooking outside together.
Bubbletent Australia was an experience like no other and I can’t wait for our next visit.

We had the most amazing stay in the Virgo Bubbletent. A 2 day escape to paradise with breathtaking views of the valley below, incredible star filled skies and the most comfortable and beautiful camping we've ever experienced. While we never saw anyone and had this incredible spot completely to ourselves, Sonny was still able to make us feel completely welcome and cared for. As we arrived, there was music playing, flower petals on the bed, hot water for tea ready on the table, sparkling wine, chocolates and a nice cool, air-conditioned room welcoming us to our stay. We hiked around the property and experienced spectacular view after spectacular view. We were then able to head back for a shower overlooking the valley...the most incredible shower you will ever take! We will be back as soon as possible to make even more special memories. Thank you Bubbletent Australia and thank you Sonny

A fabulous experience that is totally private with magnificent views everywhere you look. Not knowing the exact location until a few days before added to the excitement. Be assured, it’s worth the wait! The bubbletent has a private toilet and vanity on one side, outdoor bath (amazing), fridge, crockery and cooking utensils provided. BYO all food and drink.

We were lucky enough to spend two unbelievable and breath taking nights at Bubbletent Cancer, however, I don't think any amount of time would allow you to fully appreciate the views that you are immediately hit with when you arrive. You are able to experience life somewhat off the grid, whilst still being able to seek assistance when needed. Its a smart way for the caretaker and Sonny to be able to check in or to provide tips and tricks to make the incredible stay even that much better. When I say they think of everything, I mean they think of everything. From little things like hand soap in the bathroom and the outdoor bath, to the more glamping things like a heated blanket, you are definitely well looked after. All in all you could not help but be absolutely amazed with the accommodation. Sleeping in a giant bubble is something left of field and but definitely everyone should hope to check off their bucket list. I hope to get to experience it again one day. Watching the cliff set fire in the afternoon sunset is something we'll be talking about for a long time to come.

The Bubble Tent is an experience everyone must tick off their bucket list. We had the pleasure of staying in the Virgo Bubble and we didn’t ever want to leave. The Bubble Tent was beautifully prepared for our 2 night romantic getaway and included everything we needed to glamp comfortably. The bed is comfortable and cosy warm, the climate control an appreciated extra during our winter stay and the toilet surprisingly clean and bearable. The compost toilet really does eliminate any strong smells that could potentially arise from the bathroom. The fire pit is a great inclusion, we throughly enjoyed roasting marshmallows and playing cards surrounded by its warmth. The sunrise, sunset and overall views are breathtaking. The stars in the night time sky, brighter than we’ve ever seen them before. And we loved watching the Eagles circle in the sky throughout the day. Our friendly wombat and mice visitors only added to the experience and made for plenty of laughs and memories. The highlight for us, was the wood fire heated bath! We LOVED it. We started heating the bath at breakfast and by lunch we were enjoying a HOT steaming bath, with the most spectacular views of the valley. We lost hours of the day!
Best way to unplug, unwind and relax!
We can not recommend the Bubble Tent highly enough, we will be back!

Bubbletent Australia was one of the best experiences we've ever had!
I had booked in for a surprise 30th Birthday present for my boyfriend, and though bubbletent was completely booked out, I had written an email explaining how I would love to make a booking and how we would be travelling over from Ireland and Sonny could not have been more helpful. I was able to book in for a 1 night stay in the Cancer tent.
We rented a jeep while in Sydney, which we were very glad we did given the outdoor nature of our trip.
Our favorite things were how clean and comfortable the bed, bathroom and decking were but yet we still felt very much outdoors which was great. The bathroom (which I was a little unsure about) could not have been more clean or user friendly, I genuinely felt like it was cleaner than most normal bathrooms and it smelled so nice all the time.
We loved being able to cook outside and everything was so easy to use, it allowed us to enjoy prepping our meal for the sunset. We loved how private it was, we never felt too far from anything, yet also very much on our own which was wonderful.
We had kangaroos and goats roaming about our tent area the next morning while we ate which was so amazing for us to see, we got some amazing photos and videos, and no animals got too close for comfort, unless we wanted them too.
And ofcourse seeing the stars was so incredible, we were lucky to have a clear enough night, we saw the stars, the sunrise, and it was such an amazing bonus seeing a full moon rising.
Honestly, with regards to improvements there’s so little to say, we really wouldn’t change anything. The crokery was maybe a little worn but we didn’t mind because for us it added to the rustic nature of the experience. We were also just a little concerned about the fire pit (just given the recent bushfires) so if there’s a way to improve upon the safety of it that would be great.
We really can’t say enough about our whole experience, everything has been thought of. There were little back up packs of wines and snacks incase we forgot anything. There were games, hats and socks if we wanted to buy them and everything we could need in the kitchen.
I can assure you we have now told all our family and friends in Sydney and around the world about our stay and how they should all book in ans support this wonderful escape!

My fiancé and I stayed the weekend in the Bubbletent’s in Capertee and were blown away at the set up from the minute we arrived. The tents are located in a secluded area on top of a hill with the most spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valley below. The wood fire bath was such a treat and the prefect spot to enjoy a sunrise or afternoon bathe - it heats up well too! The tents and decking had everything we needed to cook and clean as well as an outdoor shower with hot running water. For anyone seeking a unique camping experience, this place is truly special and a must add to the bucket list for the Aussie adventurer.

Mandalion,
I trust that you will have a wonderful time at the Bubble Tent.
The directions sent to you a week or so before arrival are quite easy to follow, but I would recommend getting satnav/GPS with your hire car. This will help you to get out of Sydney. Head first to Lithgow. Then aim for Mudgee, The turnoff from the main road is about 60km (or 40 miles) from Lithgow. I suggest having a printout of the directions to guide you from this point. My superpower is getting lost, and even I had no difficulty reaching my destination.
There are more places to choose from in the Capertee area.
