this place will charge your credit card after you have left for whatever amount they feel like is owing to them, even if you provide a receipt showing you paid. Would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY! All they care about is money, no customer service.

I booked two nights here for my parents (they are retired) for my mother's 68th birthday. My father has worked in the hotel business all of his career and he is FUSSY. However, they really enjoyed their stay. They loved the breakfast in the morning and the service was great. They a room on the ground floor looking out into... More

My husband and I spent a weekend at Parklands and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. We stayed in a loft room which was very spacious and chic, we particularly loved the fire in the lounge area which gave the room a lovely ambience on a chilly evening. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and informative.... More

We had a great stay at parklands. Everything was wonderful, great help from staff about where to eat and what to do. Great facilities and a lovely room we stayed in the loft for one night. Couldn't fault anything.

The luxury accommodation standard, spaciousness and comfort, beautiful toiletries, the nourishing, naturally abundant ambience of the gardens, the privacy and outlook of the conference room, the quality standard of the food and the caring, supportive presence of the staff all contributed to one of the best conference experiences I've offered so far. I will certainly count Parklands as my preferred... More

We had been to the Blue Mountains many times before, but not to Blackheath, which we visited for a family wedding. Parklands was highly recommended to us and did not disappoint. The rooms were luxurious and well appointed and the gardens were beautiful. Breakfast was lovely but the choice not as varied as you would receive in other luxury hotels.... More

Stayed there five years ago and came away with good feelings. Returning only confirmed my feelings. Lovely, extensive grounds with accommodation spread out in a series of 4 room "cabins." Each cabin has two "garden suite":rooms downstairs and two "loft rooms" above. (Loft rooms are - naturally - upstairs. You need to be able to manage stairs to like these... More

Quiet retreat, stayed in the loft apartments and were pleasantly surprised it looked like the photos but better in real life. Didn't try the restaurant as it looked busy. Great for couples that want to drive to see the three sisters and Jenolan caves then have a nice relaxing place to have a tea by a fire and chill with... More
