Room was basic and farily small, but clean and comfortable. Location was 5min walk to pub and shops with a couple of restaurants closer. In common with just about all accommodation in Blackheath, noise from trucks on the highway was audible and woke me a couple of times.

After some searching we managed to get into this motor inn, it had been raining all day so we were glad to find a bed for the night. The hotel was nice and clean well appointed with comfortable beds a good nights rest was had, before continuing our journey towards Sydney. It was good value for money.

Although the room seemed to be clean as you walk in, the attention to detail is lacking. Cobwebs in windows, stained curtains, scuffed walls. All of which can be improved with a little effort in no time. A small shelf in the bathroom would come in handy for customers essentials and even a little padding for the "harder then floor"...

We stopped in as part of a motorcycle ride and stayed a night. Very friendly staff, spotless room at a great rate and comfortable bed. A perfect stay. Was a 5 minute walk into Blackheath for shopping and dinner. Highly recommended for a budget stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on the highway but we couldn't hear a thing. Also good sound proofing between rooms. Recently renovated bathroom and lovely clean, new linen. Very good value and would stay again.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and very polite, the rates were quite reasonable and the room was the cleanest I have seen in a long time. We needed some disabled facilities and everything we needed was included. Meals were not available on site. Very soft and comfortable beds. Had a very enjoyable stopover

A lightning trip to Sydney meant I needed a bed in the wee hours, so I called Peggy at the High Mountains and told her my problem. She allocated me a room, ensured it was open, with the key inside and the heater on. Of course the room was the usual immaculate clean and comfortable as well as being tastefully...

This basic motel is on the highway but is surprisingly quiet. The rooms have been renovated, with new ensuite and a good shower head, so you don't have to run around to get wet. You can hear the people in neighbouring rooms. I had an upgrade to deluxe, which was small but comfortable, so I am glad I didn't get...
