The room is spacious with full facilities. Kids loved the pool, the tennis court and the playroom. We were staying in early April and the views of the resort is gorgeous. Even just sitting in the little balcony enjoying a cuppa of tea with the view is so fun and relaxing.

We can call it a home away from home in the serenity of the Blue Mountains. We stayed in the hideaway cabin and what an amazing experience it has been. Neat and clean space with all the ameneties. Special thanks to Jess (property manager) who is amazing with her customer service and made us feel at home. We are surely coming back soon. P.S.- make sure to go for the Grand Canyon walk and explore Blackheath town for some breathtaking views

We stayed here as a large group of almost 40 people. The facilities are great & the property is well equipped with everything we needed. So close to spectacular walks & scenery & only a short trip to Katoomba where we did some trail running on the beautiful trails. Manager Jess is so lovely & great to deal with. This was our 2nd trip together & will definitely be back for a 3rd time! Thanks for having us again.

My then girlfriend and I stayed at Federation Gardens & Possums Hideaway ("FGPH") for 3 nights and it was one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences we have had. I say my 'then girlfriend' because I proposed to her here! Firstly, Jess the Property Manager worked with myself and my fiance's best friend weeks prior to our stay to assist in preparing and setting up our room in the most beautiful way. Upon our arrival, Jess helped to distract my fiance so I could go ahead and drop off our bags to the room and set up the camera so I could capture the moment. Further, her recommendations for local cafes, places to eat and explore were extremely helpful and all the places we checked out had exceptional service. The facilities and surroundings of our cabin is everything you need if you love nature and the great outdoors. We were fortunate enough to be able to see possums in the evening enjoying the sliced apples we left out for them. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the Spa at the end of day after a day of hiking or exploring the town. All in all this has been probably the best getaway we have had and we would recommend this to anyone thinking of a weekend or week away in the Blue Mountains. Thanks to Jess and all the staff at Federation Gardens & Possums Hideaway for a most memorable experience and stay!
