We both felt very fortunate to have stayed here. Exceeded our expectations- an incredible amount of thought and care went into every detail. We were greeted with a genuine welcome at the shore, and shown to the Casa. All information we would need was provided. Our place was lovely and open, with an expansive view of the bay. The sea...

This place rocked! Went on a trip there with a group of friends and ran out of superlatives to describe it. Blair was a great host. Really felt like an adventure, what with the boat ride from PV and jumping off at the tiny Playa next to the Casa. Quick walk along the stone path into the absolutely charming town....

Casa Pericos is at the top of the places to stay while visiting Yelapa, whether for two days or two months. The A Frame is luxurious and sports fabulous vistas. Floors vary by number of spaces for guests. Reservations are a necessity. Right at Playa Isabel.

We loved our stay with 2 adults, 2 twin teen boys and an 11 year old. We all found much to occupy our time, kyacking, snorkeling, swimming in the ocean at the foot of the house, cool drinks in a warm hot tub, games, Internet, magazines, books, feeding the pet iguana Iggy Pop, watching the sun set from our veranda,...

We had a great stay at Casa Pericos. The house is very nice and the view is amazing. It is a nice short walk into town and to the main beach. There are a few small stores along the walk with just what you need to cook meals. The host/staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Don't think twice when taqueria...

My husband and I joined our friends for a special 5 day birthday celebration. Our expectations were blown away. Blair was the perfect host, attentive to every detail from the decor to the cleanliness to the food to the activities! He gives you the elevated experience of feeling like a local instead of a tourist. We stayed on the penthouse...

Will definitely return. Perfect for couples, close friends, family. The property's layout and location are ideal. One feels both away from it all and connected to Yelapa and PV. Plenty to do and explore, yet a great place to utterly relax and unplug.

Best place ever! 5 days in paradise with 6 couples for my wife's 50th Birthday with our best friends. The place was beautifully decorated. Amazing views. Very quite and private. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They provided us with a private chef for all 5 days. The food was outstanding. I'm an airline pilot and travel the world...

We rented the entire hotel for the group of friends. It was an amazing location. Best view of any place I have ever stayed! Roll out of bed and did yoga. Then off to hike to the waterfall. Boating to other beaches and restaurants. We will go back every year! Hotel was fabulous with wonderful breezes during the night as...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa Pericos, located on "The Point" in Yelapa only a few palapas down from Isabel's Beach, is the newest and most finely appointed Guest House/Vacation Rental in Yelapa. Casa Pericos, which translates as "House of the Parrots", are three romantic Indonesian-inspired loft suites rising within a beautiful jungle canopy filled with parrots and butterflies directly on the ocean. All three romantic Indonesian-inspired loft suites of Casa Pericos sleep up to 14 when rented together, but may be easily closed off to be two or three very spacious lofts, all with private baths and separate kitchens to accommodate our guest's needs. With breathtaking ocean and jungle views, calm warm ocean breezes, and waters teaming sea life literally at your front door, you will immediately understand why people are instantly lured to jump into the water before they even unpack. Once settled in, take a soak in our Zen Soaking tub with expansive jungle and ocean views, or shower in our private outdoor shower pavilion, before enjoying a margarita on your balcony overlooking Banderas Bay. We are located in the quietest area of Yelapa on The Point, yet Casa Pericos is only a five minute walk to the village restaurants and two locals dance clubs, or 20 minutes walking to the main beach or nearest waterfall. Begin your journey with us below as we explore each of our three Indonesian-inspired loft suites at Casa Pericos and the eco-barefoot experience Yelapa offers! ... more   less
