Friendly welcome. Room immaculate. Fan provided during hot spell, so room was very cool and comfortable even during recent heatwave. Travelled with my 2 children, and even the put-up beds were extremely comfortable. Perfect for our one-night stay in Littlehampton.

The room was what we needed for our short stay. Refreshment teas etc were provided for and if needed could collect more at reception. We found the staff well versed as to where we could have meals and places to visit.
