The room was spotless. Although it is a basic cheap stay the room has everything you need in it. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay again.

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed in a lot of premiers but this one the best so far , during these hard times we found they had really gone the extra mile to make us feel safe .Clear signage , plenty of hand sanitizer also wearing of mask in the hotel entrance till you got to room .Ask for extra pillows they where left outside our door in a large paper bag .Bed seemed bigger than previous beds , good WiFi windows could be opened that helped .They didn’t come to our room daily to clean which was fine by us as we don’t need clean towels everyday we stayed two days .Only think I would suggest is the sign for hotel should be clearly opposite as you drive you see sign for Robin Hood be aware take the second entrance as first is no entry blink and you will drive by it .Photos we took before we left .large car park front and rear

Excellent! We wanted a safe from Covid few days away and this is exactly what we got. The cleaning procedures were excellent and we were quite happy that staff do not enter your room during your stay. Anything extra needed can be obtained from reception and all the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The food from the adjacent Chef & Brewer was excellent, although with a slightly reduced menu because of less visitors due to Covid and everything is table service. This is to be expected. We feel every care was taken for our safety. If ever in the area again we would return.

Firstly, this hotel is not in Bognor and is a 10 minute drive away. Directions just gave a postcode, which was useless as Shimpney Road is about 3 miles long, with ever congested traffic Our main problem was that our room smelled of tobacco smoke, which led to 2 disturbed nights. We complained after the first night and reception promised to clean it. We returned and the room had been cleaned but within half an hour the smell came back. They could not move us as the hotel was full. We were told to formally complain to head office, which we have but, judging from other reviews, we are not holding our breath We’ve used Premier many times without problems but Bognor was the first stop in a 3 place tour. We hope the other two are better

I stayed here with my mum and brother for a couple of nights, as we were attending a funeral. There was a problem with one of our rooms, which was dealt with in a very satisfactory way by marvellous Nick. Proper, good old-fashioned ‘above and beyond’ service. Thank you. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to order.
