We have stayed here a number of times in the past and will be going again in April 2017. The Breakfast is always a good choice, staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and the leasure centre with pool and jacuzzi is nice to wind down at the end of the day.

I arrived at this hotel very late in the night and was pleased to find ample parking for my big van, and the check-in process even so late was easy and pleasant. The room itself was extremely comfortable, I could have stayed a lot longer in that bed if I had the choice! The ensuite was also very clean and...

Spent two nights here in what I can only describe as a room the size of a cupboard at the end of a corridor. Very loud guests at 5am shouting in corridors and slamming doors. Freezing cold room heating not working. Lovely view of all the bins and rubbish! Not worth the money and will not be going back! Will...

Sat eating a totally tasteless breakfast as I write this. The hotel itself is fine , it's clean , rooms are standardly equipped , can't fault it that way . Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful , there are a couple of miseries but we all have bad days. I booked in for 2 nights and when I...

I accidentally booked for the wrong month and travelled all the way up from London to stay at this hotel as I had an event to attend - at roughly 1am in the morning the gentleman at reception found a solution and also found rooms for me and my friends to stay in. This alone showed that the customer service...

Ladies changing rooms and lockers still need lots of attention...they are clean but lockers need better locking systems because although there are locks on some of the lockers they will not lock correctly or at all. However, the staff are faultless, friendly and it is a pleasure to go to the gym. Also, it is fantastic that the gym provide...

Stayed for one evening on a National Coach Holiday theatre break. Our three course evening meal was excellent. The vegetable soup with a hint of curry was fabulous. Mains pork, chicken (excellent), fish and vegetarian was on offer. Our bedroom was to say small along with a pair of small pillows. After speaking to reception we soon was in receipt...

We stayed in this hotel for the first time back in December when we where going to see Rod Stewart. The hotel was like faulty towers anything that could go wrong did. The problem seemed to be that there were 3 coaches booked in and the hotel couldn't cope. We complained in writing to the manager JasonMorgan and were offered...
