Stayed here in the suite room for a work trip. Although I didn't necessary book the suite, I was pleasantly surprised to see such a spacious and yet cosy room. Lovely big windows looking down onto the outside street which was lined with big trees. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel is lovely to look at from outside but a disappointing stay. We were in room 15, Windows bolted down so could not get any fresh air in the room. The occupants in suite next door & above spend most of the night walking around, coughing and we felt we were in room with them. Breakfast was ok, but stank...

Stayed for two nights with friends staff very friendly when around. Breakfast was nice but dinning room somewhat small. Rooms clean and comfortable if a little dated. Shower a bit slow but all in all good value for money would stay again without hesitation.

Just had a few days at the hotel again and once again we got perfect service, we had room 2 as we always try for this room as we take our dog,the staff go out of their way to make us welcome, the breakfast is great and well cooked. Everybody has been great and very helpful I cannot thank them...

This was a late booking due to family illness. I had not been to Westoe Village but it is a lovely leafy location tucked away off the main road. We had a large room and a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and comfy. We had an impromtu dinner with my sister in law and had three nice meals. Breakfast...

We had a one night stay at the hotel and found it to be comfortable but a bit dated. The place would really benefit from a bit of a revamp. Parking is quite difficult if youre new to the area but more manageable if you speak to the staff about directions. We cant fault the staff, they were all friendly...

We booked this hotel last minute and stayed in the Suite. Its a beautiful room and would recommend it. The breakfast was also good. The car park is behind the hotel and is not an easy place to find so get directions from hotel staff.

Found the place having found our way around the one way system!!!, nice big room for me and wife son have a rather small room but OK, our shower head hold was broken and had been for some time drains run slow so I think they need looking at and to be honest little bit of TLC on the rooms...

Booked the hotel several months early to attend a wedding nearby. on the morning of our stay we were phoned to inform us that our room was not available. and we were offered two singles rooms in place of our twin. when we said this was not acceptable and planned to book elsewhere we were told that we would be...

We stayed here for several nights in June 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had the 'crash pad' single rooms, quite modern with more space than the online photos suggest, but the best feature for us was the breakfast/evening restaurant; the staff were more than obliging when it came to bizarre requests (When you get over 60 you have...
