In December 2016 myself and my then fiancé reserved 20 rooms at the bridge house hotel as we were due to get married on 20.05.17 at near by Reigate hill golf club. After liasing with the hotel via email and phone we had confirmed our 19 guest rooms and executive suite for ourselves. The night before the wedding I dropped...

This was sent by one of our members of staff to confirm your bookings via email: "Good afternoon, Just to confirm your booking on the 20/05/17 for 1 night, 1x triple room...

We stayed here at the weekend following my best friends wedding. My first impressions of the hotel were that it was incredibly dated and falling apart to be honest. However, the state of our rooms was NOT the reason I'm rating the hotel a 1*. After ensuring all the guests got to the hotel and to their rooms after the...

We booked several months ago in order to attend a family party nearby. Good location, easy to find just off the motorway. Parking available. Took some time to find us a room as they had accidentally cancelled our booking. One look at the hotel and I was quite glad. I began searching the internet for alternatives. Then they allocated us...

Positively retro, and really old school, the motel looks like the kind of place that should be frequented by gangsters called Razors and Barry the mechanic. Or people having affairs or film makers making movies called Rosie does Reigate. It's comfy enough and cheap for the area, and with free parking, which is good for a hotel so close to...

We stayed here for the night after a friends birthday and it was good. However we didn't eat the food as we had to leave in the morning early. But the room was clean enough and we slept well. It was cheap to stay here. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The bar is cheap enough too considering it's a hotel....

I wouldn't stay here again and would advise anyone planning to stay here to reconsider. The whole hotel is dated and tired but the bedrooms are another level. Peeling paint, crumbling plaster, stains all over the walls - the 'recently refurbed' description above is pretty surprising. I don't think it was unclean but I doubt those rooms have been decorated...

My first experience of the Bridge House Hotel was when I called to confirm my booking and the receptionist forgot to mute my call when talking to her colleague. I overheard them moaning about my request to each other which came across as unprofessional and rude. If you're going to slate your guests, at least do it where it can't...

Where oh where do I begin? - Firstly the good stuff, as that won't take long. This hotel is close to the M25 (this is also probably a negative as it is on a noisy dual carriageway just off the M25). - we were given an early check in - we were "upgraded" to an executive room - the breakfast...

Well upon arrival was welcomed and greeted no issues with service told where room was then asked if I wanted to book a taxi could they do it? The Managerness said yes that's fine no problem they don't take long. So we went to get changed then went to reception to book a taxi which then took 35minutes after we...

In the interest of being fair, I will work though positives and negatives of our visit: Negatives: 1) We arrived to a completely full car park as the hotel was having a monthly 30-60 year old's disco and parking turned into a nightmare with a young guy trying to tell people where to park, but without being supported by management...
