no one on reception for 1/2 an hour when I tried to check in. - went shopping and came back to find someone had appeared! she looked frazzled and worn out - I hasten to add - not her fault - she seemed to be the ONLY member of staff in the entire hotel!

I liked the situation of the hotel as it was right in the centre with easy access to a Weatherspoons, Costa and Sainsbury. We stayed on a bank holiday when parking on the doorstep was free of charge and there were spaces available. Leatherhead is a pretty town with a nature reserve near by (less than a mile from the...

I have been here during a business travel abroad. My experience started bad. I arrived late and they did not want to let me check in assuming I should pay the room whereas it was already paid by the agency of my company. I had to disucss one hour and give me credit card to obtain the room. Room are...

Located in the heart of Leatherhead - on one of the main high streets allowing it to be a perfect location for personal stay or business. Being a quick 5 minute stroll to the station. Staff were extremely polite, who could not do enough for me on my visit; as well as offering what the Travelodge holds for a 'petit'...

Great value for money. Double beds extra comfy but children's single beds were very hard and narrow. Could do with the rooms having mini fridge. Location great as right in high street with free parking right outside after 6pm saturday night and all day sunday.

Great value for money, clean and well presented with friendly staff. Booked into a disabled room as apparently only room with twin beds as opposed to double. Fine for 2 girls as beds very narrow single beds but a larger or taller person might struggle. Did not think bathroom very suitable for wheelchair users, elderly or physically impared as although...

This lodge does exactly what it says , wonderful helpful staff. Rooms lovely and clean although basic. Definitely would recommend well done leatherhead best one so far. If travelling as a couple ask for the higher floors they tend to be quieter this is the third time we have stayed and this time we were on the 4th floor and...

It's OK but there is not a lot of choice. I went to a localish wedding and this was the best value. Staff were friendly and the room was as expected. Parking is an issue but you can do it free after a certain time close by and Sunday
