Lovely surroundings. Made to feel extremely welcome by staff, nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room. Superb breakfast with local produce. Very relaxing stay and would highly recommend. Will definitely be back!

Just had a great relaxing valentines night at Frimley Hall. The spa facilities are good and the treatments were outstanding. Could do with a Jacuzzi however. The food was very good and the Matre de was incredibly accommodating with my food intolerances. Only niggling complaint are the beds which are pretty uncomfortable. Excellent overall.

Arrived for check in only to be kept waiting 1 hour as rooms were not ready yet. We went down for breakfast the next morning at 8.30, we had to leave our table twice to ask 2 different members of staff if they could take our order and unfortunately we were ignored on both occasions. After asking a third member...

Booked this via the Macdonald website and our booking included 2 nights B&B, a cream tea for two, a 1 hour spa treatment each and £10 each to spend (in the SPA, on beauty products, the bar or anywhere). Check-in was a Friday evening and whilst there was a table in the restaurant available, we were told on arrival that...

Top class hotel environment with excellent food . The dinner was superb with artistically presented dishes Maitre D was particularly hospitable. The swimming pool was perfect for children and adults alike. Ideal for rest and relaxation. A real escape from the rat race.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location for London. Rooms comfortable and lots of character in the main house. Good service and food within the restaurant, although the prices were higher than I would have expected.
