We arrived at the hotel quite early on Friday evening and requested a top floor room as I am a light sleeper but, this was refused as the hotel was full the following night. Not sure what this had to do with my request though. Room was fine, spotlessly clean but, the air con system is really difficult to use... More

Excellent standard of cleanliness, maintenance and customer service. Comfy bed. Tea and coffee making facilities. Plenty of hot running water. Crisp white bedding and fluffy towels. Room bit chilly. Heating a little noisy. Not enough to warrant complaining.

Stayed here for two nights, Friday and a Saturday. Like at all Premier Inn's staff, from reception to cleaners all polite and nothing too much trouble. Not much road noise from the Amazon Distribution Warehouse, overall a couple of good nights sleep. We stayed in Room 1 which was the accessible room with wet room. Only downside to that Room... Rugeley Premier Inn is easy to find. The rooms, as always with Premier, are very clean, tidy and extremely comfortable and well equipped. Any extra refreshment requests are always given with a cheerful and respectful manner by the maids. Our receptionist, Claire, was a lovely, well mannered and informative young lady. (You would well to look after this little treasure).... More

Highly recommend this hotel was close to family we were visiting. Hotel was very clean, staff very polite and the breakfast choice the following morning was exceptional. Reception staff were helpful with all queries raised.

I booked this hotel for myself and my children, as it was well priced and close enough for us to spend the weekend at alton towers. I found the hotel easily after a long drive, the lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and exactly what we required. On our second night one of... More

Air conditioning kept the room cool - But A/C was turned off overnight, so room warmed up to an uncomfortable temperature. Staff were very friendly and took a genuine interest in all guests. The hotel was quiet and easy to find.

Stayed here for a mid week break for my partner and myself. Room was very clean and in good condition. Bed was very comfortable - although a bit high but I'm only 5ft 1 inch tall!!! - with a choice of piĺlows. Not the greatest location in terms of view but Tesco close by for any items we needed and... On arriving at the hotel we were warmly welcomed by a lovely, friendly receptionist called Claire. She advised that unfortunately the air cooling system had developed a fault and that rooms may be warm so if we required a sheet to sleep under or a fan she could happily provide these. The room was spacious and very clean providing everything... More

The room itself was basic, as anticipated, but clean (if one ignored the dust gathered on the carpet around furniture legs etc.). The first big problem for us was that the window was designed not to open, so there was no fresh air at all. This, apparently is Premier Inn policy as they rely on AC. This gave rise to... More
