A beautiful spa which is a real treat in these difficult times. All facilities are open apart from accommodation, classes and restaurant meals but packed lunches and coffee etc are provided. All the staff are welcoming and have a professional, positive approach to what are challenging times for everyone. I took advantage of a 20% reduction to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure. Definitely worth a pre Christmas visit!

This spa is undoubtedly the best spa we have ever been to. My family and I have been many times, but since our last visit the cost has jumped so much it’s prohibitive. Real shame, can’t afford to bring my wife and daughters now.

I attended Hoar Cross Hall a week ago for my friends wedding and spent the evening. Now obviously I've heard a plethora of reviews from friends and colleagues of how beautiful Hoar Cross is. But through my own eyes this Hotel and Spa is exquisite. The Church where the wedding took place is magnificent. I recommend if nothing more just going to visit it. The grounds are well kept and maintained. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are well presented even with the recent COVID-19 pandemic. All the staff were wearing face covering for the safety of the Hotel and Spa visitors. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the food was beautiful and it appeared they tried there very best to make this a day to remember for the wedding. Given the fact there were only 15 people allowed under the COVID restrictions. The staff always went above and beyond. Libby who was one of the members of staff couldn't be anymore helpful, nothing was a problem. I found her to be incredibly polite and welcoming. As were all the staff for that matter. The following day, breakfast was served which to be fair was a lovely sized portion (naturally I opted for the Full English as I think many people would), again the staff were attentive. After breakfast we opted to spend some time to relax in the Spa, again cleanliness appeared to be paramount (as it should) but there were always staff on hand and happy to answer any question you may have, along with cleaners constantly sanitising areas. The entire experience was wonderful and one that will definitely stay with me for a very long time. Needless to say I will be booking in another stay in the not so distant future and have recommended Hoar Cross to pretty much everyone I have seen since. Thank you to all the staff involved it was a pleasure
