What a fantastic stay at this Premier Inn, great staff in both the hotel and the attached restaurant. Check - in was a doddle, the rooms were spotless, food excellent, and the staff all appeared to love their jobs. All of them so helpful and friendly. I'm definitely going back.

Lovely and friendly staff, venue clean and well positioned. We were attending a wedding locally and regrettably due to the room not being ready upon our arrival (even though it was just gone 2pm and check in being 2pm) we were unable to get properly ready and had to rush only arriving seconds before the wedding started.

I stayed here for two nights. The staff are the best yet. They are friendly and helpful beyond belief, Ellie on reception has a smile to beat all smiles. The building is what you would expect but for saying it is on a main road it is very quiet inside enabling a good nights sleep.

Stayed for one night on business. The hotel looks old and tired and is clearly in serious need of refurbishment. The room was clean, but quite small in comparison to other Premier Inns I've stayed in. The mattress on the bed was just about ok, but definitely past its best. The wifi was hopeless, so I paid for the "Ultimate...

We travelled with our 4 month old son for the first time and of course, were very nervous about the whole experience. It couldn't have been better! The room was clean, cosy and they'd provided a cot for us free of charge. We actually had an extra single bed in the room too which proved really useful. We were a...

AS part of my family's UK trip, we stayed here twice with a short break in between. Being from Canada, we found the hotel to be really warm. There is no air conditioning here, only fans. During our first stay of four nights, we were in room 19, which is right to the road. We needed to have the windows...

Friendly staff & very clean. Excellent breakfast. My only gripe was our room was near the front of the hotel & the main rd into Burton is noisy. But overall very good. There is a bus service that stops right outside but I chose to walk into Burton as the road during rush hour is chock a block.

I stayed in this particular Premier Inn whilst on business one evening. The first thing that annoyed me was the fact that they would not accept cash in the hotel for the food. I has cash on me and they said that I had to pay by card. They said this to all of my colleagues and we all had...
