Love everything about this place: location to Alton Towers was a bit of a hike but enjoyable, the scenery on the grounds was a lovely getaway, the rooms were cozy and new, breakfast was delicious and served in a quaint sunroom, and the proprietor was welcoming and very accommodating.

This is a perfect location for Alton towers, 2 minutes drive but away from the mouse for a peaceful nights sleep. Loved the animals. Fantastic stay. Liz and family very helpful and friendly. Wonderful breakfast

This is my second stay at the chained oak B&B and again I fell in love with this quaint little place. Liz is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble. She also cooks a mean breakfast, I wish I could have breakfast from there every day it's so nice. The B&B itself is a really short walk from...

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in the family suite and it was perfect. 1 main room with double bed and just off it was a room with bunk beds, a family bathroom and just along a short hallway another double. Perfect for a family. Liz is a fantastic host and can't do enough for you. Breakfast...

Surprisingly quiet considering how close to Alton Towers you are with stunning surroundings. Due to a long journey we were unsure what time we would arrive but despite arriving before check in time everything was all ready for us when we arrived. Lovely rooms with a beautiful view of the pond out of the window. Some lovely pubs nearby for...

Beautiful place to stay with a cozy and warm atmosphere. I fell in love with the place when I stayed there over the weekend (14/10/16 to 16/10/16) with friends and family. A really friendly place to stay and so welcoming. Everything you need from a B&B with loads for the kids to see and do. Breakfast was amazing and definitely...

Everything about our stay was fantastic from start to finish. We arrived about 10am and collected a discount voucher for the new rollercoaster restaurant at Alton Towers, and Lizzie showed us where our room would be. After a very wet day at Alton Towers, we returned to our warm supremely comfy room. Plentiful tea, coffee, sugar and milk were provided...

Stayed for 1 night, and I will definitely be coming back here again! With how well priced this B&B is, I don't see why you would stay anywhere else when visiting the area.
