I was visiting Somerset on a photography workshop and was recommended this place by the photographer. Anna and her partner take great pride in welcoming their guests and I felt truly at ease in this beautiful country cottage. The garden is stunning and would be fantastic in the summer. Breakfast was wonderful and had a great selection for a B&B....

Another work related review... Usually coach drivers get the worst rooms going, not in this B&B, I was in the EXMOOR room, window faced the garden, lovely garden, although just a small hamlet with very few buildings the road is quite busy, as a field study centre is just a short distance away, which is were the group I had...

I stayed here earlier this month for business and will definitely be returning for a holiday. The rooms are homely with a comfortable bed, hot powerful shower and everything else you could ask for. The breakfast was delicious and it was lovely to try the home made jams and eggs from the neighbours chickens! Anna and Michael couldn't be more...

We would not hesitate to recommend Anna and Michael and their lovely home and hospitality. All the reviews give testament to this and ours will confirm that this is one of the best we've stayed at. The house is a lovely Victorian one and full of warm charm. Our room (Brendon) was spotless, roomy and very comfortable especially the bed....

I had to admit I found it strange to find somewhere on here that ONLY had 5 star reviews, but we tried it anyway and it turned out to be the best 3 star B & B we've ever stayed in. Anna and Michael were extremely helpful and friendly and I really don't think our stay in Somerset would have...

We stayed here for two nights and it was our first stay away from home with our 8 month old daughter. Our hosts, Michael & Anna couldn't have been more accommodating. Although we arrived way after our scheduled arrival time, due to traffic on the M4, they greeted us like seasoned guests and made us immediately feel at ease. When...

Previous reviewers have highlighted the benefits of this great place for a short stay. Anna and Michael are welcoming hosts, and the house offers very comfortable accommodation for couples as well as families with older children. Excellent breakfast with Anna's gold award marmalade surrounded by pictures and memorabilia from Michael's love of steam locomotives! A quiet location with pubs and...

We've stayed at Woodford house 3 times now and always have a pleasant trip. The property is located on the edge of the Exmoor National Park within a few miles of the coast so is easily accessible. it's maybe 30-40 minutes from the M5 so handy if you are arriving in the area late in the day. It is a...
