Came across this lovely place en route to Dunster.........what a very fortunate thing it was too! Absolutely gorgeous place to eat - the menu was extensive, but being a Sunday we obviously decided to go for the carvery.......what a great decision - I was offered some of all the meats on offer, which I gladly accepted, together with the best...

Fantastic stay, very warm welcome and great accommodation, fab local beer and cider and a full English breakfast to die for, reasonably priced and I will definitely be back. This was a special occasion so we chose very carefully after reading others reviews! We had a little dog so it was important we could take him with us. Reviews said they were very dog friendly and welcomed them with a biscuit, they never acknowledged our dog from start to finish. Another small group visiting had their orders taken from...

The carvery was amazing, no complains whatsoever...a selection of 3 meats and loads of vegetables to choose from, aswell as potatoes, stuffing and Yorkshire pudding. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the bar area is nice and cosy to sit in. I will definately go back there...

Happened upon this place whilst walking the Coleridge Way. A nice pub restaurant interior, lovely chatty staff and as for the food...pub grub prices but so much more than pub grub taste! Delicious. Plenty of choice... Classics, less common dishes, light bites, puddings, just brilliant. It's open from 12-230, then from 6pm Monday to Saturday. We arrived at 1pm on...

We were staying in Williton for the weekend and decided to book here for Sunday evening dinner. What a great choice it turned out to be. It looks lovely from the road, as you drive up to it and the interior doesn't disappoint. The staff were lovely and they and the locals in the bar made us (and our dog)...
