Very friendly and helpful hosts, excellent breakfast, spotlessly clean and with on site parking. Lovely village with good pubs and a beautiful range of walks direct from the property. Would definitely return.

We stayed at the cottage for a weekend in August. Chris and Claire made is feel very welcome. Our room ( No.5) was perfect, with a large bed and seating area. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice available. There were procedures in place to protect the guests and the owners from covid 19, and we felt very safe at the Cottage. We will definitely return.

This is the B&B you dream of. Perfectly clean, lovely breakfast, beds to disappear into and Chris and Claire were perfect hosts. Thoroughly recommended. The delicious packed lunch for the walk to Lynmouth was a welcome bonus.

Chris & Claire made us feel so very welcome. We were the first visitors in the "new" world and it was a very pleasant experience. Very comfortable room, great breakfast and very helpful with all local information.
