Great location for Longleat Safari Park, Friendly and helpful staff, yummy breakfast and the room was basic but nice and spacious, very comfy bed and pillows, very clean, couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend and would return.

Standard comfy premier Inn room. Secure and clean. Staff are generally friendly and helpful and the free wifi is pretty good. This is one of the less modern premier inns I've used lately but still a comfy room and good facilities.

This is just rated on a one night stopover. Rooms clean and well maintained. Tea, coffee, hairdryer and fans in room. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a meal deal which is a two course meal and drink, and full buffet breakfast for £23.99. The only criticism is that the hotel very long and is on two floors and...

Room was OK apart from 4th child's bed in room. It was rock hard and so uncomfortable he ended up in our bed. Apart from that everything else was ok the attached restaurant was good value for money however ensure that you book in advance to ensure you get a table.

Convenient for bath 30 mins, stone henge and cheddar gorge 50 mins. Food good and staff exceptional but no air con and could not get room cool so sleep quality was poor. Slight road noise one night from boy racers.

The attraction of Longleat was spectacular as was the weather we had, it was the most perfect and wonderful weather. The Hotel was good and the...

We didn't have any issues with staying at the Hotel but it was a little out of the way if you fancied a walk to see something locally. surprisingly quite to say its situated on an industrial estate. The staff were very pleasant and helpful if you needed anything and the bar staff serve you without delay. watch for the...

We stay regularly at Premier Inns. My husband is disabled and has difficulty getting into a bath. It would be great if Premier Inns could provide wet rooms for disabled people as it would make it safer for them Overall we were pleased with our stay and with the service We did report a flickering light in the bathroom but...

The Hotel was easy to locate and there was plenty of car parking spaces at the Hotel. Booking in was very quick. The room was quiet. Restaurant connected to hotel with a menu to suit most people. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was very efficient and friendly and helpful and on another occasion very quickly replenished the room...
