Terrible hotel. The wifi doesn't work properly - it took 10 mins to log on and get onto a web page. The premier inn staff apparently aren't trained and the number they gave me for wifi support wasn't answered. There was no iron or ironing board available. Both staff were trying to help and said they would bring me an...

Stayed here en route to Devon just for one night. Really easy to find just off the M5 but far enough to not have traffic noise. Lovely and clean. Friendly efficient check-in. Fabulous comfy bed (Lenny Henry not lying!!). Food at adjacent Brewers Fayre better than expected - I had a really good steak and salad and my husband's steak...

Nice and clean. Clearly had a refurb as looks new and modern. Bathroom very clean and spacious enough. Comfy bed. Good altogether and cheap. If possible Avoid corner rooms like 131 as can be noisy as close to the street. Otherwise very good. Staff friendly and nice.

We booked in for New Years Eve night as a family member near by did not have enough room for me and my husband. We were welcomed as we walked through the door and the check in process was quick and easy. Our room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, the bed was massive and so comfortable we both had...

This Premier Inn has been upgraded to a very high speck. We have stayed in lots of Premier Inn's all over England and Bridgwater can now be placed in our top 5 favorites. Clean, comfortable and friendly.

This was our first stay at a Premier Inn and we were very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, the spotless cleanliness of our room, the fact that there was a bath as well as a shower, the extremely comfortable beds, the peace and quiet and the very reasonable room rates, especially as it was over the Christmas period....
