We had booked into another hotel but on the afternoon of our visit I received a call to say they had a problem but not to worry they had put us in this hotel nearby, equally as good but with a generous discount. We were put into room 17 which turned out to be a miserable little room without so...

We had the four poster room. Extremely spacious. Watched on of the England matches and we won! Bedrooms are spotless as you would expect. The ladies had a massage and the gentlemen played Foot Golf on their course. Breakfast was first class I would highly recommend

A great centre to visit the local area ranging from historical and cultural sights to air shows and rose gardens. The hotel is very comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. Great value for money with the free swimming pool facilities and gym thrown in as well!

Booked our stay through Hotels.com so for the price we paid I think we had a fantastic deal. Our room was in the annex which was fine plenty of room and clean. Although we did experience some noise quite early in the morning due to other families leaving. Our breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. We'd definitely...

We stayed overnight here for our Wedding Anniversary June 2016 with our friends. Room 27 is spacious with a four poster bed overlooking the drive. The light didn't work in the bath room and the furniture has seen better days but it was clean and we didn't here any noise from the wedding reception being held at the hotel. Our...

We stayed one night in the Telford suite, a lovely room, the free standing bath had a lovely view of the garden and fields beyond. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, we were staying a Friday night so we were not affected by any weddings which the hotel and location appear to be popular for.

I booked this hotel through travelzoo and was promised a room with garden view. Actually the view was of a roof! To complain would be petty and you don't stay in a hotel to look out of a window. However, this lack of attention to small details summed up my response to my stay. The hotel is o.k. and could...

I stayed one night whilst on business. The hotel is really run down rooms very old and everywhere appeared dirty and in need of care. The Windows all around looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Bedding stained and dirty. Visited gym and again everything appeared unclean. There was a horrible smell in my room throughout. I would...
