All very clean and efficient. Perfectly adequate and very good vale. A very handy indoor kid play zone across the road was useful. Restaurant breakfast was OK but the staff were good and helpful with the kids.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, £100 for 3 nights it was ideal. Easy enough to get to lots to do with in an hours drive. Chester zoo 45 mins. Plenty of walks for all abilitys. Llangollen which is 30 mins away has canal trips & steam trains.

I needed a bed for the night as I was moving house. Basic, clean, comfortable bed. Not great value though £79.00 for one night. Lighting poor, convenient location, would stay again if I was in the area.

We booked this hotel as we were visiting Ironbridge and Llangollen and this hotel was a good stop between the two. Check-In, Prompt check-in by the friendly receptionist and were shown direction to our room, Room, We were allocated room 220 which was at the far end of the hotel. It was a typical PI room which we have encountered...

The Prmier Inn itself was up to their top standards - very friendly staff - couldn't do enough for you. Just a pity that the attached Table Table restaurant gave such lousy service - it spoiled the evening. We didn't even stay for breakfast.

We had a very comfy stay and it was excellent for exploring nearby Llangollen & surrounding area. There is also a pub next door to the Premier Inn, so convenient for eating out. Also close by is KFC Subway & Gregs.

Due to a member of staff not turning up there was a shambles at check-in. Having checked in online I expected it to be quick to get my key but had to complete another form because our designated room wasn't ready. Why this means you have to check in all over again I dont know! the poor receptionist kept her...

Another stay in Oswestry with disappoint accommodation. Whilst I appreciate £65 (exc breakfast) is cheap for a room these days, I did expect to be warned about the building work going on. The site itself is on a busy road, which is fine, but the area around it looks derelict and uncared for, and has building work going on. I...

Hi Christine, Thanks for taking the time to review our hotel. It's such a shame you felt disappointed after another stay with us, especially after booking such a good deal. We are currently extending our hotel to improve standards as well offer more rooms for guests. Whilst our hotels do usually remain open when undergoing a refurb we'll always advise...
