We stayed at Broome Park Farm for a couple of nights. One of us was rehearsing with a choir at the Pioneer Centre, while the other was strolling about the countryside. The Centre is a short drive away through the village, or a 30 minute walk along the lanes via a ford (or footbridge). Some pleasant pubs and cafes in...

The hostess Catherine was very welcoming and friendly and after showing us to our rooms made us a lovely pot of fresh tea accompanied by an abundance of homemade cakes. The room was very clean and cosy with beautiful views over the Shropshire countryside. Available in the room also were homemade biscuits, real coffee bags, tea bags with posh hot...

Of all the Farmhouse B&B's it is hard to better Catherine Evans Brook Park Farm. Set in eye catching Shropshire surroundings this working farm is not intrusive upon the guests, though is the provider of the ingredients of the many culinary delights that Catherine produces. The rooms are delightfully furnished in a majestic vintage style that a complimented with the...

A lovely welcome from a friendly hostess who provided tea and cakes in authentic china cups. The breakfast was one of the best cooked ones we've ever had. We would certainly come here again. The view from the bedroom was beautiful.

Hi Chris, thank you for the great review - I'm glad you enjoyed the china cups! They came from my mother-in-law and it's a shame not to use them! It would be lovely to welcome you back in the future!

I booked a one night stay on 23rd Nov. Broome Park Farm had all the essentials I required, secure parking for my motorcycle, good quality facilities including a top notch evening meal and all at a very reasonable price. Catherine is an excellent host and could not have done more to make me feel welcome. I especially liked the coffee...

Thanks for the brilliant review! I am always pleased to hear that guests have enjoyed the evening meal as I am conscious I don't offer a choice, although I would always try and check the guests had no specific dislikes. Hopefully you will manage a longer stay next time!

A very pleasant stay. Catherine was very welcoming, tea and cake on our arrival. She catered for our son's Gluten intolerance, which made a huge difference. We had lovely cooked breakfasts and on one of our nights a lovely cooked meal. They have a large black dog who was very friendly, which our boys enjoyed meeting in the garden. Our...

We stayed one night at this fabulous farm B&B whilst on a visit to the Severn Valley Railway for my wife's birthday. Catherine is a great hostess and was very understanding when our arrival was delayed by a broken down steam train! The Red Room is extremely comfortable, with a comfy bed, plenty of space and an excellent shower room....

Hi Nick, thank you for taking the time to write a review and so glad you enjoyed your brief stay. It was such a shame the delays on the railway meant you had to miss the tea and cakes - maybe next time!

Everything about our stay was excellent: the rooms, the beds, the food, the location, the views, the hospitality, the nice little touches (homemade cake on arrival, possibly the best homemade cookies I've ever tasted). Kids loved feeding the calfs and chickens. Would love to stay again and would highly recommend. Thanks Catherine and John.

Hi Stuart, thank you for the great review - it was a pleasure to have you stay! The cookies are irresistible aren't they!! If I didn't have guests to stay and eat the cakes I fear for my waistline!! We would love to welcome you back soon. Best regards, Catherine

My family and I recently stayed at Broome park farm. The farm is a short drive away from the town of Cleobury Mortimer and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The accommodation is both clean and adequate with lovely views from both bedrooms. We stayed for 5 nights and had evening meals on each which were delicious.

Catherine Evans runs a wonderful and friendly farmhouse bed and breakfast near Ludlow in the finest rolling countryside. When I looked out of my window on Saturday morning at a rolling meadow being grazed upon by beef cattle that will eventually end up in the butcher's shop at Morrisons I thought to myself, 'I would never get tired of looking...
