We were attracted by the Spa Break deal and it proved to be excellent value. The hotel itself looks rather unimposing from the outside, but we were surprised at how large it is and has some lovely courtyards where you can sit (weather permitting). Our room was very spacious and the bathroom the largest I have seen in a hotel,...

Brilliant stay would stay there again in a heartbeat and I will! Stayed in the Qstar room and was worth every penny! Very clean rooms also get free use of the spa. Me and the mrs loved our stay! Wanted to book again for new year but already fully booked

After an uncomfortable first night due to the very basic standard room which was extremely dated, with little space, uncomfortable beds and a bathroom circa 1970 with a cracked sink (Room 299) and which was not up to a 3* travelodge, we were upgraded to a superior room on the top floor - which was excellent and so had a...

We chose this hotel as it had great reviews and such a fantastic package for a spa break especially if it's in a large group of 8 or more. The service from Staff was exceptional. We came as a group of 9 for birthday celebrations and from the moment we stepped in we were greeted with a friendly smile. We...

we stayed three nights at this hotel, rooms very good size and comfortable beds. Reception very quick and easy seeing that there was some twenty couples of us checking in, staff very pleasant and easy to deal with. Food at breakfast and dinner was good but the bread & butter pudding left a bit to be desired. The drinks were...

A brilliant few days spent in Oxford helped by some late summer sun. Our room was very comfortable with a seating area meaning that we did not have the usual cramped hotel room feeling. Pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine waiting and a fully stocked fridge, all complementary. Everyone, from reception, waiting and cleaning staff, was very welcoming...

Central place for family get-together. Reception friendly and helpful. With our dog we had a room in the `dog corridor` but asked for one looking out on central garden. Comfortable room big enough for our needs. When windows are open noise from nearby motorway could be heard. Food in restaurant was reasonably good. Lovely large comfortable lounge with armchairs and...
