Although we had a wonderful weekend at Linden Hall that was almost entirely due to the lovely time catching up with a friend rather than the hotel. It's getting very tired and dated and the area around the pool is particularly in need of some help. The staff are very nice and helpful and do their best and the massage...

Linden Hall is clean. The staff are pleasant fun And helpful. However, you pay extortionate monies here for really really poor quality products. We ate In the restaurant on our first evening, had to wait for a table past our reservation time and then Ordered food from a menu thankiterally listed ingredients, giving no idea as to what the finished...

As many of the other reviews state, Linden Hall is in need of a revamp. I booked Linden Hall as a surprise for my mum's 60th birthday. I was promised fruit and chocolates to the room as it was a special occasion but sadly they never arrived. The spa itself is looking run down, with loose tiles around the jacuzzi...

My husband booked here for a treat because I had been poorly. Sadly it turned out to be a very costly couple of days which didn't live up to expectations or cost. We arrived at the hotel and couldn't even get up the stairs as a drunk wedding party were getting photos taken on the stairs so we got in...

I have just returned from an overnight stay in your hotel and I am hugely disappointed. Last night My partner and I ordered a meal, sat for over 20 minutes, feeling really hungry, thought it would arrive any minute. Unfortunately a member of staff appeared and said 'there's no burgers left' My boyfriend began to choose something else from the...

I have written many reviews and always try to find positives as sometimes I feel people just moan for the sake of moaning. However I do feel that this review and others before mine are sadly very accurate. On arrival there was no sign to let you know that you are at the entrance to reception. On approach it felt...

Visited the spa on a pamper day and aside for the staff Claire at Spa Reception and Amy Treatments who where both fantastic a very very disappointing visit. Not my idea of a place of relaxation. On arrival walking through the hotel no signs of luxury, the corridors looked tired and unloved. At the spa we where greeted by the...

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Dinner was superb and good value. Staff exceptional. Would recommend and definitely go back. The grounds are so well kept. The hall is nicely designed and cosy.
