Excellent place with lovely hosts that cater for your every need. Already planning next visit. Good location, car needed though. I loved the small touches... Cake on arrival, flapjack in room, hot chocolate too ( always good for us non tea and coffee drinkers!)

Everything was perfect for our short break. Steve and Amanda are the perfect hosts and the rooms are faultless. Wonderful breakfasts and homemade preserves. You just know you are love this place the moment you walk in the door and meet the hosts.

Our second visit and Steve and Amanda have not in any way let standards slip! Welcome super-friendly: rooms beautiful: facilities excellent: breakfasts amazing - and all with the best of Northumberland on the doorstep! If you are in the area, don't stay anywhere else - but be sure to book very early! Brilliant!
