Typical Premiere Inn on the banks of a water park. Rooms clean and in good condition. Brewers Fayre next door and we had a lovely meal on the first evening however we were disappointed with the lack of items for the continental breakfast but the waitress did her best to ensure we could have some fruit for breakfast, strawberries and...

One night stay from a trip in Glasgow. What a delightful setting on the side of a lake in a country park. Shame about the view from the room although we were on the second floor facing the lake we had a view of a roof!! Not very good as I had booked this months in advance. Told by staff...

Stayed here several times in the past with no problems, this time not as good. On one of the days the room wasn't cleaned, the next day although housekeeping had been in they hadn't changed grandson's bed linen after he had a nosebleed, they simply turned over the marked sheet, duvet cover & pillow case. Restaurant chaotic with very few...

Recently returned from a 1 night stay on our journey south from a Scottish holiday. Hotel is situated next to a country park with lake about 2 miles from Ashington or Newbiggin. There is ample parking and a feeling of space at the front of the hotel. The road behind is a busy one, but the noise was not intrusive....

An excellent base for visiting a wide range of attractions. Hotel position at the side of a lake was excellent. the walk around the lake was very welcome after a long journey. The staff were helpful and the availability of extra tea/coffee was appreciated.

Typical Premier Inn. Clean and tidy with no issues. The restaurant/bar was "too" family friendly lots of families taking kids there who were not in the hotel. Nowhere to sit and enjoy a leisurely quiet drink......more restauranty' than bar. lovely view of the lake with Swans and other wildlife. Good size carpark with cameras. Set in the countryside with no...

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. Everything was up to the usual premier Inn standard, clean and comfortable, got a good night's sleep, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and we'll equipped.

The hotel itself is in a great setting, the room was very clean and comfortable. But did not get much sleep due to restaurant swing door under room banging constantly. This went on until midnight and started again at 5.30am. The staff were very apologetic but I did not get guaranteed sleep as advertised
