You would be hard pressed to find a better b&b anywhere. The rooms and breakfast are excellent, and Philly could not be more welcoming and helpful. We have stayed twice and would not bother to look elsewhere.

Absolutely first class B&B. The hostess (Philly) was superb and nothing was too much trouble. If you are staying in Alnwick, choose this place!! The breakfast was superb and the cleanliness of the bedroom was fantastic. Overall 5 star luxury and we will definitely return.

Superb bed and breakfast run by lovely people. The owner, Philly, was very friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities were faultless. Accommodation was beautifully decorated with lots of little extras that made the visit extra special. We'll be back.

Excellent hospitality. Normally book hotels but went for this B&B as it looked a very good option because it looked quite new and modern. Not used to the more personal touch of a B&B but we really enjoyed it and would definitely do it again. I can't overstate how welcome we were made to feel from arrival to departure and...

Without repeating everything said previously by other reviewers, this is simply the best Bed and Breakfast I have ever stayed at. Both in the quality of the rooms, the attentiveness of the host. attention to detail and the little extras given that make the stay very special. You have to stay there to believe it. We will be going back...

We stayed (sadly) just one night on Valentines day and we were not disappointed. Easy to get to (though SatNavs may direct you through the neighboring farm if your coming straight from the A1) and as soon as you arrive it feels like another world. The hosts were sl welcoming and friendly and the amount of work and effort that...
