Had a wonderful 2 night break away at this fab hotel.
Room very clean everything spotless.
Food is excellent in the restaurant as was breakfast.
Bar very warm and welcoming
All staff very friendly and helpful good old fashioned service

We were here for a works conference. The lunch provided was very good with plenty of variety and the tea and coffee throughout the day was plentiful. The serving staff were polite and helpful at every intervention.
Happened to be passing and popped in on a Friday evening. Food was great and for a hotel it wasn't that expensive. Staff also great, would visit again when next in the area. Menu had some great items not found at your average establishment.
We were attending a peaky blinders event on the premises and decided to book a room and stay over.

Stayed with elderly parents - so many flights of stairs, partly our fault but never advised on phone booking. Moved to lower floor, after over 50 years in 1 bed now in a twin.
