We stopped off here on a walk from Helmsley and had breakfast. It was a lovely sunny day so we had it on the terrace in an idyllic setting. Well worth a visit. The bar and restaurant looked great as well.

We were visiting The Pheasant hotel for a 100th birthday lunch, so decided to stay he evening. The hotel is in the picturesque little N. Yorks village of Harome. We arrived a little early, but the friendly staff checked and our room was ready. Nice room with view over garden and water. Decent size and nicely refurbished shower room. Good...

Having changed to this venue from another local, long standing venue for my regular visits to the area, I was anxious. However, any concerns were allayed immediately on arrival. The reception service was outstanding. The room was like home from home and well appointed with all necessary amenities. Warm and cosy and with superb decoration and furnishings. The food was...

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with views of the village pond at one end and the garden/fields at the other. The four-poster bed completed the picture. The...

Stayed for one night in what is a wonderful relaxing and attentive hotel. Very tranquil setting with just the right touch of atmosphere for both those wanting space and just a chilled quiet corner to see but not hear other guests. Food is first class having eaten lunch, tea and then breakfast. Rooms were nothing more or less than you...

Unabashed luxury, great place to relax unwind & be looked after. Set in delightful surroundings, tastefully furnished as are the nicely comfortable bedrooms too. A real treat to dine in the award winning restaurant partaking delicious sumptuous 5 star cuisine. Staff are customer focused ensuring a truly enjoyable experience. It is however disproportionately expensive, compared to other 5 star establishments...
