Stayed here as a family of four plus dog. Photos do not do this place justice - immaculate throughout with lots of additional touches - coffee machine, slow cooker, entertainment chest, than you would normally expect.. The cottage is decorated and maintained to an exceptionally high standard, bathroom and ensuite fully complemented by good quality towels and all bedding very...

Stayed in a beautiful house a lovely quiet place we had use of the pool and gym which is nice but some of the locket don't have keys so at busy time you have no where to put your belongings safe There is a nice walk down to the beach it's a hard pull getting back up for anyone who's...

The Bay Filey is a beautiful holiday village on the outskirts of Filey, close to the beach with great facilities however it's not the place it's the accommodation and Captains Cottage (24 Seaford Ave) is a definite recommendation, extremely well maintained, clean and very well presented even down to starter logs for the log burner! Evident the owners use regularly...

Stay with family for a break from work. These people know what they are doing. From the start of our visit right to the end nothing was too much trouble. Excellent staff. Great facilities. Great food. Will definitely be back. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

stated here this and last Easter. We have a dog who absolutely loves the beach and wanted a dog friendly place to stay, but not a caravan. The bay ticks all our boxes. Waked miles in various directions from the bay. Always seeming to end at the Downcliff hotel in Filey. Again a great dog friendly (outside terrace) for a...

We've been here several times and stayed in a Solo ground floor apartment! Peace and quiet is what you want but a toddler running round above you for 6hrs is not good!!! Especially when you pay a stupid amount for a bank holiday weekend.

We stayed in plot 131 - 21 perran court 3 bedroomed. ....clean in need of some tlc as curtains in the room needed a little sewing as they were hanging from the tape. The 3rd bedroom had bunk beds which we expected but there was not enough room for anything else apart from 1 small draw and a lamp.....the beds...

Lovely, clean complex, short walk to beach with easy access to Filey and further afield. 2mile walk along beach from our 'house' to Filey. Would like to see a little shop on site selling newspapers and fresh bread/croissants in the morning. 😀

We visited the complex to meet other family. They were staying in a lovely two bed cottage. So much nicer than a static caravan, it was a proper home from home with everything you need. There was a nearby enclosed footy pitch with proper goals which was big enough for good match. Just next to that was a small lake...

Myself and my husband went here for our first year anniversary. It was an amazing experience, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. There were a few activities that myself wanted to take part it but we had to give a 24 hour notice period to tAke part. Great pool, sauna and steam room which i used everyday. Would...
