We stayed in a Solo Apartment, which was clean (not counting the bathroom) but did show the odd mark of needing a bit of paint etc. It was well laid out with almost everything we would need with the exception of a bread knife and a washing up bowl/draining board. The knife was easily sorted with a trip to the...

We were a bit apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the previous reviews, but there was absolutely no need to worry. The apartment was showing signs of some wear and tear, but no more than would be expected for a property of 6 years or so and it was lovely and warm. I would say the size is...

Very good location, a two mile walk on the beach to Filey. The pub onsite serves good quality food all day, and is dog friendly, the Italian was supposed to be dog friendly but is not. It could do with a shop for the essentials, but it is only a short drive to a garage which sells most things. The...

So we have just stayed at The Bay Filey. Firstly the bay holiday homes and apartments is perfectly located, not too far from town centres. The beach is within walking distance and there is a leisure centre, pub, restaurant and pharmacy on site. In terms of the site, the pub is slightly over priced but pet friendly which is helpful....

Cobwebs in the light shades, broken bed, huge hole in the door frame, unsealed kitchen surface, stained carpets, mould in the bathroom, dirty blinds, noisy fan, wonky light fittings, lights been held up with cable ties and a shocking service from hoseasons. After booking a "LUXURY" weekend away for a family members birthday we were left utterly disappointed. Having listed...

The Bay is set out like a little village and there is a nice 15 minute walk down to the beach which is dog friendly. There is a swimming pool, shop, pub and restaurant. The pub served nice food and lovely chips! The Bay covers a fairly big site with lots of different houses and lodges within the village and...

Great week away with the family at the bay Filey, lovely cottage on a great site near the beach. Only a short walk to the beach, some great golf courses nearby, the swimming pool and gym on site were used daily by all the family, the pub on site was very good and worth a visit, the restaurant also gets...

Stunning area along the Filey coast line. The Bay did not inform us until after we arrived that construction was going on directly opposite our house for our entire stay, as we had young children they were not able to play outside, and we were being woken up at 7.30 every morning by a circular saw. Upon leaving we requested...

We stayed in Nantucket Cottage which was clean, comfortable with great amenities. The cottage had ample space and good wifi which is always a bonus. The Bay is a lovely estate with a mixture of apartments, houses and beach lodges. A 20 minute walk along the beach takes you into FIley. Great central location ideally situated between Bridlington and Scarborough....

We have visited The Bay a number of times over the years. We have stayed in many different houses and all are modern and new. Some are better looked after than others but never the less all The Bay has to offer is lovely and tastefully done. We love Filey and the beautiful beach and I would recommended this place...
